Tradição e Modernidade são o coração dos nossos negócios.Com a capacidade de antecipar tendências, a JHSF traz soluções inovadoras para os seguimentos em que atua, e estamos em busca de uma pessoa Líder Concierge  para surpreender e inspirar, dando suporte as áreas de negócio, com propriedade e paixão em cada processo.Venha fazer parte do time e transformar conosco!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesElaborar escala de folgas e programação de férias do concierge.                                                            Controlar a qualidade no atendimento, supervisionando diariamente a equipe: postura, uniformização, atendimento, etc.                                                           Efetuar atendimento no balcão do concierge orientando-os sobre a localização correta de lojas, serviços, banheiros, estacionamento e saídas sempre baseado em informações precisas.                                                          Divulgar ações especiais ou eventos que estejam ocorrendo em lojas ou no shopping , através de material de comunicação ou verbalmente, visando oferecer ao cliente uma experiência completa enquanto no shopping .                            Efetuar o atendimento telefônico de maneira objetiva visando atender o cliente de forma gentil, precisa e no menor período de tempo.                                                                                                                            Supervisionar os fraldários do Shopping, abastecendo de amenities quando necessário.                               Responsável pelo preenchimento de planilhas de fluxo e de solicitação de serviços para elaboração de relatório gerencial visando divulgação do trabalho oferecido e sua aceitação.    Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos Boa comunicação e postura profissional;Ensino médio completo;Domínio do Pacote Office;Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;Organização, agilidade e comprometimento;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial;Vivência em coordenação de equipes ou liderança de atendimento;Fácil acesso à região de Porto Feliz/SPDiferenciais:Formação superior em Administração, Marketing, Hotelaria ou Turismo;Experiência anterior com atendimento ao público de alta renda;Inglês fluente;Conhecimento de boas práticas de hospitalidade e experiência do cliente;Informações adicionais Nós oferecemos:Parceria com Zenklub - descontos em sessões de terapias;Parceria com Senac - descontos em cursos;Plano de Saúde com coparticipação;Plano Odontológico;Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição;Seguro de Vida.
