Você será responsável por liderar a equipe comercial da nossa central de Cartões (Consignado e Benefícios), garantindo a excelência na execução das estratégias de vendas, o alcance dos resultados e a qualidade no atendimento ao cliente. Atuará como referência para o time, promovendo o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores, acompanhando indicadores de desempenho e assegurando a conformidade dos processos da operação.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe, promovendo uma cultura de alta performance.- Realizar recrutamento, seleção, integração e desenvolvimento de novos colaboradores.- Acompanhar diariamente os indicadores de desempenho, elaborando planos de ação para atingir e superar as metas.- Monitorar produtividade, conversão, qualidade das vendas e rentabilidade da operação.- Garantir a correta execução dos processos, políticas internas e normas de compliance.- Realizar feedbacks frequentes, avaliações de desempenho e ações de desenvolvimento da equipe.- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos e implementar soluções que aumentem a eficiência operacional.- Planejar estratégias comerciais, distribuir metas e acompanhar sua execução.- Atuar com rapidez na resolução de problemas, tomando decisões assertivas e baseadas em dados.- Manter relacionamento próximo com áreas de apoio, garantindo agilidade na resolução de demandas.- Foco na experiência do cliente e na excelência operacional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBuscamos um profissional com postura de líder, visão estratégica, forte orientação para resultados e paixão pelo desenvolvimento de pessoas.
