1. Missão do Cargo Supervisionar a operação médica e de enfermagem da área, zelando pelo cumprimento das normas da Operadora e da legislação vigente. Buscamos um profissional para orientar a equipe no atingimento de resultados, produtividade e qualidade, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos nos processos de auditoria concorrente e contas médicas. Você terá um papel fundamental no acompanhamento de indicadores importantes, como o tempo médio de permanência hospitalar.

Responsabilidades e atribuições2. Responsabilidades e Atribuições Acompanhar a operação e as entregas das equipes terceirizadas que prestam serviço para a Operadora. Acompanhar os apontamentos, conduzir negociações e monitorar o desfecho dos casos com eventos adversos. Apoiar a equipe nos processos de desospitalização e fornecer suporte técnico de enfermagem à equipe de auditoria local. Apoiar a coordenação na implantação e manutenção do sistema DRG, além de monitorar os indicadores e metas da área. Participar ativamente de reuniões com as equipes de auditoria, qualidade e núcleo de segurança do paciente dos hospitais credenciados para a discussão de casos. Identificar oportunidades de negociações e atuar no desenvolvimento de melhorias contínuas. Realizar a gestão completa de pessoas (controle de frequência, férias, capacitação e feedback), promovendo a gestão de desempenho e um ambiente de trabalho motivador em parceria com o RH. Garantir o cumprimento de regulamentos internos, requisitos de qualidade, normativas da ANS e normas de saúde e segurança do trabalho. Realizar a interface com demais departamentos da empresa, visando agilidade e melhor desempenho das atividades.al.Requisitos e qualificações3. Requisitos e Qualificações Formação Acadêmica: Ensino Superior completo em Administração de Empresas, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas afins. Diferencial: Cursos de especialização ou MBA serão considerados um diferencial.
