Supervisionar equipes de automação, instrumentação e elétrica relacionadas aos sistemas de controle. Planejar, distribuir e acompanhar as atividades da equipe, garantindo cumprimento de prazos e prioridades. Coordenar manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva dos sistemas de automação e instrumentação. Diagnosticar e orientar a solução de falhas em CLPs, IHMs, supervisórios, inversores de frequência, redes industriais, sensores, transmissores e sistemas de controle. Supervisionar a calibração e manutenção de instrumentos de processo, como pressão, temperatura, vazão, nível e outras variáveis. Atuar na programação e/ou supervisão de CLPs, IHMs e sistemas supervisórios/SCADA. Acompanhar sistemas e protocolos de comunicação industrial, como Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, entre outros. Garantir a confiabilidade dos sistemas de automação e instrumentação críticos para o processo produtivo. Participar de projetos de modernização, expansão e implantação de novas tecnologias de automação. Elaborar e acompanhar planos de ação para redução de paradas e aumento da disponibilidade dos equipamentos. Analisar falhas, identificar causas-raiz e implementar ações corretivas e preventivas. Elaborar e acompanhar indicadores de manutenção e automação, como MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidade, reincidência de falhas e cumprimento de planos preventivos. Garantir atualização da documentação técnica, diagramas, listas de I/O, backups de programas e parâmetros dos equipamentos. Controlar backups e versões de programas de CLPs, IHMs, supervisórios e demais sistemas. Acompanhar empresas terceirizadas e fornecedores durante intervenções técnicas. Participar da especificação técnica e aquisição de equipamentos e componentes de automação e instrumentação. Avaliar tecnicamente propostas de fornecedores. Apoiar a elaboração de orçamentos, CAPEX e OPEX relacionados à área. Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, procedimentos internos e requisitos legais. Promover treinamentos e desenvolvimento técnico da equipe.Trabalhar em conjunto com Produção, Manutenção, Engenharia, TI/OT, Segurança e demais áreas da empresaRequisitos e qualificaçõesFormação:

Desejável graduação em Engenharia de Automação, Elétrica, Eletrônica, Mecatrônica ou áreas relacionadas.

Experiência:

Experiência comprovada em automação industrial e instrumentação. Experiência em liderança ou supervisão de equipes técnicas. Experiência em ambiente industrial e manutenção de equipamentos automatizados. Experiência com diagnóstico de falhas e análise de causa-raiz.

Conhecimentos desejáveis:

CLPs e sistemas de controle. IHM e sistemas SCADA. Instrumentação industrial. Inversores de frequência e soft starters. Redes e protocolos industriais. Pneumática e eletropneumática. Sistemas de controle de processo. Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e instrumentação. Sistemas de segurança de máquinas. Calibração de instrumentos. Gestão de manutenção. Indicadores de manutenção e confiabilidade. Gestão de projetos de automação. NR-10 e demais normas aplicáveis à atividade.
