Se você é organizado(a), gosta de negociação, possui atenção aos detalhes e adora desafios, venha fazer parte do nosso time!Responsabilidades e atribuições• Supervisionar e orientar a equipe de compras, garantindo o alinhamento das atividades, o cumprimento dos prazos e a aderência aos processos estabelecidos.• Prestar suporte à Gerência de Suprimentos nas demandas estratégicas e operacionais da área.• Elaborar relatórios gerenciais, análises de desempenho e indicadores para subsidiar a tomada de decisão.• Realizar visitas técnicas e manter relacionamento com fornecedores, visando o fortalecimento de parcerias e a avaliação contínua dos serviços prestados.• Conduzir negociações com fornecedores, buscando as melhores condições comerciais de preço, qualidade, prazo de entrega e atendimento.• Identificar e implementar oportunidades de redução de custos, aumento de eficiência e melhoria contínua dos processos de suprimentos.• Acompanhar e monitorar os processos da área, propondo melhorias e garantindo a eficiência das operações.• Monitorar e analisar os indicadores de desempenho da área, incluindo custos, prazos de entrega, nível de serviço e desempenho dos fornecedores.• Acompanhar a execução e renovação de contratos com fornecedores, assegurando o cumprimento das condições negociadas e das políticas internas da empresa.• Planejar e supervisionar o processo de aquisição de materiais e serviços, garantindo o abastecimento adequado das áreas demandantes e evitando rupturas de estoque.Requisitos e qualificações* Ensino superior completo em Administração, Contabilidade, Economia, Farmácia, Relações Públicas, Engenharia de Alimentos ou afins;* Experiência anterior com supervisão de compras;Experiência em análise de indicadores e gestão de custos.Conhecimento em Excel e ferramentas de BI.Conhecimento em Processos Operacionais Padrões de Compras NacionaisConhecimento em Logística da Cadeia de Suprimentos e Gestão de Compras*Experiência com controle e planejamento de estoque.Informações adicionaisBenefíciosVale-Alimentação ou Refeição de R$ 30,00 por dia (sem desconto de 20%);Vale-Transporte ou Vale combustível (sem desconto de 6%);Plano de Saúde Unimed (mensalidade coberta pela empresa);Plano Odontológico Uniodonto;Bônus de Merecimento;Gympass (Wellhub);Kit polivitamínico mensal;Produtos da linha Essential Nutrition disponíveis nos refeitórios;Seguro de Vida;Desconto de 50% em nossos produtos;Rede de descontos em lojas e restaurantes;Presente de final de ano;Sala de meditação/ descanso;Programa de promoção à saúde com atendimento médico, pediátrico e psicológico;Projeto Be Generous - suplementação para as colaboradoras durante a gestação;Convênio com faculdades, cursos de idiomas e escolas educação infantil;Bolsa de Auxílio Educação de até 50% do valor do curso;Estacionamento gratuito.08Horário de Trabalho: De segunda a quinta das 08:00 às 18:00 e sexta das 08:00 às 17:00.
