Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a execução das atividades e dos planos de ações e dos processos estabelecidos com o foco no acompanhamento e controle de equipes e atividades ligadas a limpeza e conservação.Supervisionar equipe informando normas politicas validando processos referentes a Administração de Pessoal. Monitorar atividades de higienização interna e externa dos equipamentos e infraestrutura da Unidade Abatedouro realizando ronda em ambientes, analisando qualidade dos serviços executados com intuito de cumprir metas definidas dentro dos padrões de qualidade custos e segurança estabelecidos. Monitorar cumprimento do cronograma de limpeza analisando execução de atividades estipuladas conforme datas com intuito de atendimento aos prazos. Acompanhar atividades verificando processo de limpeza visando atendimento aos padrões estabelecidos de qualidade da limpeza. Monitorar estoque de produtos analisando consumo solicitando reposições informando necessidade ao responsável com intuito de obter necessário para rotina de trabalho. Verificar equipamentos de limpeza analisando estado de conservação e funcionamento dos mesmos visando garantir condições para execução da rotina.Realizar testes de novos produtos manipulando e testando conforme procedimentos com intuito de avaliar eficácia. Acompanhar validação do SIF e Controle de Qualidade verificando análises realizadas com intuito de prestar apoio e atender exigências. Solicitar manutenções (mecânicas e elétricas) informando aos responsáveis problemas visando buscar solução sempre que necessário. Acompanhar equipe terceirizada de limpeza orientando execução de procedimentos verificando atividades solicitando manutenções entre outros com intuito de atendimento ao padrão de qualidade. Envolver o time nas ações planejadas agindo proativamente para garantir o alcance das metas da área e objetivos estratégicos. Identificar os riscos dos processos implantando ações de redução de riscos. Supervisionar fluxo operacional da equipe identificando eventuais gargalos e adotando medidas corretivas necessárias visando alcance das metas propostas.Estabelecer plano de desenvolvimento aos seus colaboradores visando o alcance do desempenho nas atividades com base nos padrões estabelecidos. Fomentar o desenvolvimento sustentável e a preservação ambiental zelando pela qualidade de vida dos colaboradores sociedade e meio ambiente.  Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo.04 anos na área de atuação.Requisitos que atendam os critérios da política interna.Disponibilidade de horário.
