Inscreva-se no nosso banco de talentos e assim que surgir uma oportunidade que tenha mais a ver com você, nós entraremos em contato!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as atividades do laboratório de controle de qualidade, incluindo a programação diária, a distribuição da mão de obra e a execução das análises físico-químicas e microbiológicas, assegurando a confiabilidade dos resultados analíticos e o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos, legais e de segurança aplicáveis ao laboratório. Avaliar distribuição diária de mão de obra direta e indireta;Verificar Organização e segurança do ambiente de trabalho;Realizar gestão de equipe, feedbacks, correção de registro de ponto;Liderar, desenvolver e engajar a equipe técnica, promovendo capacitação contínua, desempenho, um ambiente colaborativo com comunicação clara e objetiva.Supervisionar conflitos, prioridades e mudanças, mantendo a equipe alinhada aos objetivos da organização.Atuar junto a equipe para o cumprimento das metas diárias;Requisitos e qualificaçõesMínimo 6 meses na função atual (para candidatos internos);Ensino Superior Completo em Farmácia, Química, Engenharia Química, Processos Químicos ou Biologia.
