Somos uma Humantech, combinamos tecnologia e estudo do comportamento humano para otimizar o relacionamento entre marcas e pessoas.Nossa missão é ajudar as empresas a se relacionarem de forma eficaz com seus clientes a entregar melhores produtos, jornadas e soluções baseadas em insights comportamentais.Há 16 anos criamos comunidades e aplicativos para grandes marcas, auxiliamos os times de marketing, CMI e CX para que conheçam profundamente os seus públicos-alvo, se conectem e engajem com eles, gerando dados acionáveis e experiências personalizadas entre marcas e pessoas.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsável pela supervisão das áreas de relacionamento com painelistas da ECGlobal, realizando e garantindo as melhores práticas para o contato para engajamento nas comunidades e projetos de pesquisa, e no atendimento dos mesmos, através dos nossos canais de contato, sendo o ponto focal no direcionamento para comunicação com os painelistas da nossa base e de listagem de clientes.É responsável pela execução da estratégia de comunicação com membros do painel, tendo como atribuições:Gerenciamento de plataformas de comunicação, CRM, SAC e trocas de pontos, que sejam utilizadas para relacionamento e comunicação (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, validação de cadastro, entre outras), reportando o uso ao gerente para controle do budget.Direcionamentos para manutenção e ampliação da base de painelistas, apoiando com campanhas de captação de novos painelistas, apoiando o time no cadastro de novos respondentes na ferramenta de armazenamento da base de respondentes, e garantindo o controle de qualidade, validação e higienização.Estratégia de relacionamento ativo e passivo com os painelistas, sendo responsável pela comunicação alinhada a estratégia e seguindo SLA para atendimento e buscando alto padrão de qualidade.Monitoramento continuo da performance da nossa base e analise dos KPIs das campanha e também referentes a área de SAC, trazendo reports que ajudem no aprimoramento do contato com nossos painelistas.Direcionamento e execução para criação de conteúdo/mensageria/templates de contato com os painelistas para engajamento e atendimento, trazendo sugestões de texto e direcionando a criação dos htmls das peças, sendo também responsável pela comunicação com as equipes internas necessárias para buscar respostas que guiem as resoluções das questões dos clientesAlém disso, apoia os times das áreas de comunidade e projetos nas ações de comunicação e solução de problemas, sendo o ponto de apoio na comunicação entre as áreas da empresa e os membros do painel.
