Estamos buscando um(a) Supervisor(a) de Departamento Pessoal para atuar em um escritório de contabilidade, liderando as operações da área e garantindo a qualidade, a segurança e a eficiência dos processos de DP. Buscamos um profissional com experiência sólida e comprovada em escritório contábil, que tenha vivência com atendimento a diferentes clientes, gestão de equipe e domínio das rotinas trabalhistas e previdenciárias.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar as rotinas completas de Departamento Pessoal, incluindo folha de pagamento, férias, rescisões, admissões, controle de ponto e encargos sociais (FGTS, INSS e IRRF);Garantir o cumprimento de prazos e a correta transmissão das obrigações acessórias, como eSocial, DCTFWeb e EFD-Reinf;Acompanhar as atualizações da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária e orientar a equipe quanto às mudanças;Liderar, orientar, desenvolver e acompanhar o desempenho dos analistas e assistentes de DP;Organizar os fluxos e distribuir as demandas da equipe, garantindo eficiência e qualidade nas entregas;Atuar no relacionamento com sindicatos, acompanhando convenções e acordos coletivos (CCT/ACT);Apoiar e intermediar auditorias, fiscalizações e demandas trabalhistas de maior complexidade;Atender e acompanhar dúvidas e solicitações de clientes, especialmente demandas mais complexas;Identificar gargalos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos do escritório;Propor melhorias, automações e padronizações para otimizar os processos e reduzir erros operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência comprovada em escritório de contabilidade — requisito obrigatório;Experiência sólida em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, preferencialmente atendendo diferentes empresas/clientes;Experiência anterior em supervisão ou liderança de equipes de Departamento Pessoal;Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Gestão de RH, Ciências Contábeis, Direito ou áreas correlatas;Domínio avançado do eSocial, DCTFWeb e EFD-Reinf;Conhecimento sólido da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária;Vivência com o Sistema Domínio;Conhecimento intermediário/avançado em Excel, incluindo PROCV, PROCX e Tabela Dinâmica.DiferenciaisPós-graduação ou especialização em Direito do Trabalho, Gestão de Pessoas ou Compliance Trabalhista;Vivência com automação de processos e ponto eletrônico;Experiência em implantação ou migração de sistemas de Departamento Pessoal;Experiência com gestão de carteira de clientes em escritório contábil.Informações adicionais
