Temos como princípio oferecer um atendimento humanizado e de qualidade, pois trabalhamos com um bem extremamente precioso: a Saúde.Venha trabalhar conosco e fazer parte de uma equipe que tem o compromisso de salvar vidas e construir o Brasil.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar os processos de enfermagem preconizados pela SMS em conformidade com as diretrizes do SUS;Supervisionar a aplicabilidade dos Programas Prioritários da SMS e seus desdobramentos nas unidades de saúde;Planejar, organizar, supervisionar e avaliar os serviços de assistência de enfermagem das unidades de saúde;Analisar e acompanhar os indicadores de produção das Unidades referente à área de enfermagem;Elaborar documentos norteadores, cumprindo a legislação vigente para padronização de normas, rotinas e procedimentos de enfermagem;Monitorar metas da assistência à saúde, por meio, de instrumentos padronizados, para atingimento de produtividade e qualidade da assistência;Analisar dados assistenciais, por meio de planilhas e relatórios das unidades, para tomadas de ações e interlocução junto à Supervisão Técnica de Saúde;Participar juntamente com os gestores das Unidades das avaliações de desempenho da equipe de enfermagem;Realizar comunicação entre os profissionais da área, sobre políticas e normas apresentadas pela SMS;Participar de reuniões (STS, CRS, SMS e equipe técnica multiprofissional), para alinhamentos das ações, projetos, programas e processos;Supervisionar e monitorar processos de riscos apresentados e existentes na Unidade;Realizar reuniões com as equipes de enfermagem para informes, orientações diversas;Envolver, sempre que necessário, o gestor da unidade em casos de intercorrências administrativas e ocorrências adversas com pacientes/usuários e equipe;Supervisionar tarefas pertinentes à área de atuação, utilizando-se de equipamentos e programas informatizados;Supervisionar a equipe para atuar segundo as normas técnicas exigidas pela vigilância sanitária e órgãos regulamentadores NR32, RDC50, COFEN e COREN;Elaborar juntamente com a área de Educação em Saúde demandas de desenvolvimento profissional, para fortalecimento da equipe de enfermagem;Elaborar, planejar e executar treinamentos pertinentes às necessidades relacionadas à equipe técnica de enfermagem;Participar de capacitações, cursos, simpósios, monitorias, campanhas e eventos para atualização e multiplicação profissional;Elaborar diagnóstico situacional e plano de trabalho dos serviços e processos de enfermagem;Implementar fluxos, normas e processos de enfermagem junto às unidades de saúde.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Enfermagem;COREN-SP Ativo;Pós-graduação concluída em Saúde Pública, Estratégia de Saúde da Família ou Gestão de Serviços de Saúde;Pós graduação concluída em SCIH e desejável em Centro Cirúrgico ou CME;Desejável experiência prévia em atuações dentro de Unidade Básica de Saúde (UBS).Informações adicionaisLocal de Atuação: CTA Vila Matilde Horário: Segunda a Sexta-feira, das 08h às 17h.Benefícios: Vale AlimentaçãoVale RefeiçãoVale TransporteAuxílio CrecheSeguro de Vida em GrupoEmpréstimo ConsignadoAtendimento Ambulatorial e Odontológico - SP  Parcerias: Incentivo a Educação/UniversidadeFarmáciasSESCGymPass
