Responsabilidades e atribuições✨ Supervisionar e acompanhar projetos e subprojetos da área de Engenharia, Projetos e Expansão, garantindo o cumprimento dos cronogramas e das entregas estabelecidas;✨ Atuar na gestão e acompanhamento das equipes envolvidas nos projetos, promovendo a interface entre Engenharia e as demais áreas da empresa;✨ Gerenciar indicadores de desempenho, controles e ferramentas para acompanhamento da evolução dos projetos;✨ Estruturar e acompanhar Projetos de Expansão, incluindo implantação de novas unidades produtivas e de manipulação;✨ Apoiar as iniciativas de Inovação e Novos Negócios, participando da elaboração de estratégias, estudos de mercado, planos de negócio e avaliação de oportunidades;✨ Atuar em interface com P&D, apoiando projetos relacionados à expansão do portfólio de novos produtos e contratos de produção (CMO);✨ Realizar análises de viabilidade financeira e rentabilidade, desenvolvendo modelagens de negócios e controles financeiros em Excel;✨ Participar da avaliação técnica e comercial para aquisição de novos equipamentos, inclusive importados, considerando as necessidades dos projetos e das operações;✨ Avaliar alternativas técnicas e apoiar a definição de equipamentos para plantas de manipulação e produção de cold kits e radioisótopos;✨ Planejar, acompanhar e controlar cronogramas de projetos por meio do MS Project;✨ Realizar o acompanhamento físico-financeiro do portfólio de projetos, identificando desvios e apoiando a definição de planos de ação;✨ Participar da estruturação de projetos e novos negócios conduzidos pela área de Engenharia, Projetos e Expansão, em conjunto com a gestão da área.Requisitos e qualificações✨ Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia Mecânica ou Elétrica, completa ou em conclusão;✨ Experiência com gestão e acompanhamento de projetos, cronogramas, indicadores e controles;✨ Conhecimento avançado em Excel, incluindo elaboração de controles, análises e modelagens financeiras;✨ Conhecimento em MS Project para planejamento e acompanhamento de projetos;✨ Inglês intermediário a avançado, com boa capacidade de leitura, interpretação e comunicação;✨ Boa comunicação e capacidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;✨ Capacidade analítica, organização e habilidade para gestão de prioridades e tomada de decisão;✨ Desejável experiência com análise de viabilidade financeira, expansão e implantação de projetos;✨ Experiência no segmento farmacêutico, radiofarmacêutico ou em ambientes regulados será considerada um diferencial;✨ Espanhol fluente será considerado um diferencial.Informações adicionais🎁 Benefícios:🍽️ Vale Refeição;🛒 Vale Alimentação;🏥 Assistência Médica;🦷 Assistência Odontológica;💪 Gympass/Wellhub;🚍 Vale-Transporte;⏰Horário: Segunda a Quinta - 08:00 às 18:00 e Sexta- Feira 8h00 as 17h00- Disponibilidade para atuar aos sábados.📍São Jose do Rio Preto, São Paulo, Brasil;
