Atuar como coach de líderes, Pilar Owners e equipes multifuncionais.Garantir a implementação e evolução do Daily Management System (DMS).Conduzir diagnósticos de performance e priorizar projetos estratégicos de melhoria contínua. Promover a cultura Lean por meio de treinamentos, coaching e desenvolvimento de lideranças.Liderar auditorias de maturidade, benchmarking e disseminação de melhores práticas.Conectar iniciativas de excelência operacional aos resultados financeiros e estratégicos da operação.Experiências DesejadasExperiência sólida em liderança de programas de Excelência Operacional ou Melhoria Contínua.Vivência com Lean Manufacturing, TPM, WCM, IWS ou Toyota Production System.Experiência em gestão de equipes técnicas e desenvolvimento de lideranças.Conhecimento em DMS, gestão de projetos de melhoria, indicadores industriais e auditorias.Forte atuação em ambiente fabril (Genba) e condução de workshops Kaizen.Diferenciais: Implantação de programas de excelência operacional do zero; Liderança de pilares TPM, WCM ou IWS; Experiência com Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Quality, Leadership ou Cost Pillars; Histórico de projetos com impacto financeiro relevante; Atuação em empresas referência em Excelência Operacional.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em Engenharia, Administração, Produção, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.Desejável pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão Industrial, Operações, Lean Manufacturing ou Gestão de Projetos.Obrigatórios: Lean Manufacturing avançado; Gestão da rotina, gestão da mudança e indicadores industriais; PDCA/SDCA e liderança de projetos; Ferramentas de solução de problemas (A3, MASP, 5 Porquês e Ishikawa); Análise de perdas, gestão visual e facilitação de workshops; Excel e PowerPoint avançados;TPM avançado e gestão de pilares de manutenção; Early Management, Loss Analysis, VSM e Trabalho Padronizado; Hoshin Kanri e auditorias de sistemas de gestão; Power BI.Conhecimento desejáveis: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt ou superior; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt; Lean Practitioner; TPM Instructor/Facilitator; PMP, Agile ou certificação equivalente em Gestão de Projetos; Auditor Interno ISO 9001, 14001 ou 45001.Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos.Informações adicionais“O Grupo YAMAHA possui um canal próprio onde divulga suas oportunidades.
