Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar todo o time no plantão, sendo referência técnica na capacitação da equipe e orientação quanto a procedimentos operacionais, protocolos e solução de problemasPromover o uso racional de medicamentos, interagindo com equipes médicas e assistenciaisRealizar e propor ações de treinamento para capacitação da equipe da FarmáciaDesenvolver e submeter para homologação melhorias em processos, procedimentos e protocolosPromover a sistematização dos processos e prestar apoio na gestão do timeCorresponsável pela gestão dos indicadores da área — avaliar desvios, causas e efeitos, e implementar ações preventivas/corretivasGestão de Pessoas: avaliação de desempenho técnico e comportamental da equipe do setor e gestão do clima organizacional

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação acadêmica: Superior Completo em FarmáciaFormação complementar: Pós-graduação em áreas afins (Desejável)Tempo de experiência:  Desejável 3 anos como Farmacêutico HospitalarCursos: Liderança  de equipes (Desejável)

Certificação: CRF SC (Conselho Regional de Farmácia)
