O candidato(a) ideal será responsável por supervisionar as rotinas de faturamento e cobrança das unidades hoteleiras, garantindo a emissão correta e tempestiva de títulos e documentos fiscais, conforme contratos, tarifas e condições comerciais, garantindo as entregas dos resultados nos prazos e com a precisão das conformidades fiscais e contábeis.Responsabilidades e atribuições Supervisionar diariamente a equipe, garantindo às entregas dentro dos prazos e horários estabelecidos;Supervisionar as rotinas de faturamento e cobrança das unidades hoteleiras, garantindo a emissão correta e tempestiva de títulos e documentos fiscais, conforme contratos, tarifas e condições comerciais;Elaborar e analisar relatórios financeiros mensais, trimestrais e anuais;Gerenciar operações bancárias, garantindo o bom desempenho da tesouraria;Desenvolver e implementar junto à coordenação políticas e procedimentos financeiros;Supervisionar processos de auditorias internas e externas, garantindo a entrega do solicitado;Fornecer suporte financeiro e estratégico à alta administração;Acompanhar a inadimplência e indicadores de desempenho, definindo prioridades de cobrança e apoiando negociações com clientes;Identificar divergências e pendências de regularização; orientar a equipe, distribuir demandas e assegurar o cumprimento de prazos, políticas internas e controles financeiros;Atuar junto às áreas comercial, operacional e fiscal na solução de inconsistências; elaborar relatórios gerenciais, reportar riscos à gestão e propor melhorias, padronizações e automações dos processo;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos financeiros.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Financeira ou áreas correlatas; Experiência em supervisão de equipes e rotinas de faturamento e cobrança;Conhecimento de contas a receber, emissão de títulos e documentos fiscais, conciliação de recebimentos, negociação e gestão da inadimplência; Experiência com sistemas ERP e Excel intermediário ou avançado, incluindo tabelas dinâmicas, fórmulas de busca e análise de bases; Capacidade de elaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores de faturamento, cobrança e carteira em aberto; Organização, atenção aos controles internos e habilidade para atuar com áreas comerciais, operacionais e contábeis;Desejáveis experiência no setor de hotelaria e conhecimento de Power BI;Conhecimentos em contabilidade, finanças e legislação fiscal.Informações adicionaisHabilidades:Liderança e capacidade de orientação técnica; Visão analítica e sistêmica; Organização e disciplina no cumprimento de prazos; Comunicação clara, profissional e assertiva;Senso de prioridade e responsabilidade; Postura ética, confidencialidade e confiabilidade;Capacidade de negociação e resolução de problemas; Proatividade e foco em melhoria contínua;Equilíbrio emocional para atuação sob pressão;Foco em resultados e bom relacionamento com áreas internas, fornecedores e parceiros.Oferecemos:Vale transporte;Vale refeição: R$ 40,00 dia trabalhado (cartão caju);Plano odontológico: Bradesco Dental;Plano de saúde: HapVida;Café da manhã e lanche na empresa;Seguro de Vida em grupo;Local de trabalho: Av. 136, Setor Sul, Goiânia (presencial).
