Supervisionar a equipe de Gestão de Frotas, apoiar a gestão e coordenação de Frotas em todos os processos e atividades que tangem à gestão dos veículos e equipamentos

Responsabilidades e atribuições Profissional será responsável por supervisionar a área de gestão de frotas em empresa de grande porte, garantindo a adequada manutenção, documentação, controle operacional, gestão de contratos, seguros, abastecimentos, indicadores, auditorias e conformidade com normas internas e legislações aplicáveis.Também terá atuação na liderança da equipe, distribuição de atividades, elaboração de relatórios gerenciais, acompanhamento de investimentos, relacionamento com fornecedores e melhoria contínua dos processos da área.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Manutenção, Logística, Gestão de Frotas, Gestão de Operações ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Frotas, Supply Chain, Logística, Gestão de Contratos ou Gestão de Ativos será considerada diferencial;Pacote Office,Experiência prévia com gestão ou supervisão de frotas, preferencialmente em empresas de médio ou grande porte;Vivência com manutenção preventiva e corretiva de veículos;Experiência em gestão de contratos de locação, fornecedores e prestadores de serviços;Conhecimento em processos de documentação veicular, seguros, multas, abastecimento e controle de pneus;Experiência na elaboração e análise de relatórios gerenciais, indicadores de desempenho e controles operacionais;Vivência com liderança de equipes, distribuição de atividades, orientação técnica e acompanhamento de performance;
