Identificar e propor melhoria contínua nos processos, visando a excelência da área. Orientar a equipe em seus processos de trabalho, promovendo alinhamento, disseminando novas informações, melhorias de processos e garantindo que detenham o conhecimento necessário para realização de suas atividades. Participar de auditorias da qualidade das unidades ou setores sob sua responsabilidade, prestando informações, contribuindo com conhecimentos e apresentando soluções e melhorias contínuas, a fim de dar manutenção a certificações. Participar de reuniões periódicas em unidades, áreas ou departamentos, a fim de dar instruções, prestar informações, fazer apresentações, contribuindo para a tomada de decisões. Participar de treinamentos oficiais da instituição quando solicitados, visando desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua, tanto de procedimentos quanto em relação à qualidade. Prestar suporte ao cliente interno e externo em demandas relacionadas a serviços administrativos, considerando prazos, estabelecendo prioridades e satisfação dos usuários. Realizar a gestão da equipe sob sua responsabilidade, controlando horário, quadro, afastamentos, dando instruções, controlando e programando férias, dando orientações e demais ações inerentes à gestão de pessoas, fazendo cumprir as diretrizes e políticas institucionais.
