Essa liderança terá o desafio de coordenar equipes, frota e ativos, garantindo operações seguras, produtivas e dentro dos prazos, além de desenvolver soluções para otimizar rotas, reduzir custos e elevar o nível de serviço.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a equipe responsável pela programação logística de entregas de vasilhames destinados à implantação de novos negócios.Gerenciar a programação das operações de substituição e requalificação de vasilhames, garantindo a retirada, troca e retorno dos ativos para requalificação e posterior reutilização.Coordenar a programação logística de desmobilizações de centrais de GLP decorrentes de encerramento de contratos.Garantir o cumprimento dos SLAs operacionais e dos indicadores de desempenho da área, promovendo a melhoria contínua dos processos.Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de inteligência logística, buscando otimização de rotas, aumento da produtividade da frota e melhor aproveitamento dos recursos disponíveis.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas administrativas para eliminar gargalos operacionais, reduzir tempos improdutivos e maximizar a utilização dos caminhões e equipes de campo.Estabelecer forte interface com as áreas Comercial, Atendimento ao Cliente e Operações, garantindo alinhamento de prioridades, cumprimento de prazos e excelência na experiência do cliente.Promover uma cultura orientada ao cliente, assegurando tratativas ágeis, comunicação efetiva e solução de demandas com foco na satisfação e fidelização.Gerenciar o pátio de ativos, assegurando níveis adequados de estoque para atendimento das operações de instalação, substituição e manutenção.Garantir, junto às equipes operacionais e administrativas, a rastreabilidade dos ativos da companhia, assegurando a acuracidade dos registros, a confiabilidade das informações e apoiando a regularização de eventuais inconsistências cadastrais e operacionais.Assegurar o controle e a gestão dos ativos ao longo de todo o fluxo operacional, desde a disponibilização para instalação até os processos de substituição, requalificação e desmobilização.Monitorar e controlar os checklists de segurança das equipes operacionais, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos, requisitos legais e padrões de segurança estabelecidos pela companhia.Acompanhar indicadores de produtividade, ocupação de frota, eficiência logística, disponibilidade de ativos, segurança, nível de serviço e satisfação dos clientes.Liderar iniciativas de melhoria contínua com foco na segurança, produtividade, qualidade operacional e redução de custos.
