Responsabilidades e atribuições1. Coordenar as operações diárias da equipe de expedição, atribuindo tarefas, definindo metas e monitorando o desempenho dos colaboradores. 2. Coordenar o processo de recebimento de ordens de produção e programar a expedição de produtos de acordo com os prazos de entrega e as necessidades dos clientes. 3. Colaborar com outros departamentos, como produção e vendas, para garantir a disponibilidade de produtos para expedição e evitar atrasos. 4. Coordenar o controle de estoque de produtos acabados, garantindo a precisão dos registros e realizando inventários periódicos para garantir a acuracidade da informação. 5. Monitorar os níveis de estoque e solicitar reposições conforme necessário para evitar interrupções na expedição. 6. Receber e revisar pedidos, verificando a precisão das informações e garantindo que os produtos sejam expedidos conforme requisitos do cliente. 7. Coordenar a preparação de pedidos, incluindo separação, embalagem, rotulagem e carregamento para garantir a entrega correta e oportuna. 8. Manter registros precisos de todas as atividades de expedição, incluindo pedidos recebidos, produtos expedidos, documentação de transporte e evidências do carregamento. 9. Preparar e emitir documentos de expedição, como notas fiscais, faturas e documentos de transporte, garantindo conformidade com regulamentos. 10. Garantir o bom funcionamento dos ferramentais e equipamentos da área. 11. Garantir o cumprimento das metas, eficiência e produtividade estabelecidos. 12. Garantir a qualidade dos produtos e o cumprimento dos padrões estabelecidos. 13. Gerir os processos da área, implementando melhorias sempre que necessário e garantindo sua eficácia. 14. Periodicamente prepara relatórios e mapas demonstrativos sobre o desempenho da área para apreciação do superior. 15. Acompanhar os indicadores da área e caso necessário buscar ações para o atingimento. Requisitos e qualificaçõesIndispensável Ensino Superior completo em Logística, Administração ou área relacionada. Desejável:Especialização na área de atuação (Pós Graduação , MBA). Experiência prévia em supervisão ou coordenação da área, preferencialmente em indústrias metal mecânica. Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de estoque e software de expedição.
