A Tgestiona é uma empresa especializada em gestão de serviços operacionais, logística e infraestrutura, atuando fortemente no suporte a redes e logística de materiais para grandes empresas do setor de telecomunicações. A unidade instalada em Mauá/SP atua no gerenciamento de estoque, logística reversa, triagem, armazenamento e recuperação de equipamentos e cabos de rede.

A atuação do Supervisor seria diretamente na logística de pátio, liderando as etapas de recebimento, triagem, armazenagem e expedição de cabos e materiais. Foco na otimização de processos, produtividade e qualidade, garantindo o cumprimento das normas de segurança e a preservação dos ativos corporativos.Disponibilidade para trabalhar das 12h36-22h00 (5x2) e (1 sábado por mês)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais Responsabilidades

Planejar e supervisionar as atividades de triagem e classificação de cabos no pátio. Garantir o correto fluxo operacional desde o recebimento até a expedição dos materiais. Gerenciar equipes operacionais, promovendo treinamento, desenvolvimento e acompanhamento de desempenho. Monitorar indicadores de produtividade, qualidade, perdas e eficiência operacional. Controlar estoques físicos e apoiar inventários periódicos. Assegurar a correta identificação, segregação e armazenagem dos materiais. Supervisionar a movimentação interna de cargas e equipamentos. Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança do trabalho, meio ambiente e qualidade. Acompanhar o desempenho de terceiros, transportadoras e prestadores de serviço quando aplicável. Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados operacionais à gestão. Implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos logísticos e operacionais. Investigar e tratar ocorrências operacionais, desvios e não conformidades. Controlar a utilização e manutenção dos equipamentos de movimentação de materiais. Assegurar organização, limpeza e conservação das áreas de pátio.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEscolaridade:

Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência:

Experiência em supervisão de operações logísticas, pátios industriais, reciclagem, sucata ou movimentação de materiais. Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipes operacionais.

Conhecimentos Técnicos:

Gestão de estoque e armazenagem. Processos logísticos e cadeia de suprimentos. Triagem e classificação de materiais recicláveis ou metálicos (desejável). Indicadores de desempenho operacional (KPIs). Normas de segurança e saúde ocupacional. Pacote Office e sistemas de controle logístico (ERP/WMS).
