Estamos conduzindo uma busca confidencial por um(a) Supervisor(a) de Logística para uma companhia multinacional de grande porte do segmento industrial. Buscamos um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em operações de transporte de alta complexidade, forte capacidade analítica e perfil de liderança, que consiga conectar gestão da rotina, tecnologia, indicadores e desenvolvimento de equipe.A posição terá atuação na região de Jundiaí/SP, e o desafio envolve ser responsável por garantir a fluidez da operação de transportes, desde o planejamento e roteirização até o monitoramento das cargas, gestão de fretes, Control Tower e acompanhamento dos principais indicadores de performance. Trata-se de uma cadeira estratégica, com forte interface entre operação, clientes, transportadoras e diferentes áreas do negócio.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e desenvolver a equipe de Transportes, promovendo um ambiente de alta performance, colaboração e foco em resultados;Coordenar as rotinas de planejamento, agendamento, roteirização e monitoramento de cargas em trânsito;Garantir a eficiência da operação de transportes nos modelos FTL, LTL e cargas líquidas a granel;Gerenciar a operação de Control Tower, assegurando visibilidade ponta a ponta, acompanhamento de ocorrências e rápida atuação sobre desvios;Supervisionar auditoria de fretes, custos logísticos e performance das transportadoras;Acompanhar indicadores como OTIF, custos, nível de serviço, produtividade e performance operacional, transformando dados em planos de ação;Gerenciar transportadoras e parceiros logísticos, garantindo aderência aos requisitos de segurança, qualidade, custos e nível de serviço;Atuar na negociação operacional com fornecedores e transportadores, buscando eficiência, capacidade e otimização de custos;Elaborar e acompanhar o budget da área, garantindo controle e previsibilidade financeira;Definir prioridades e conduzir planos de ação em um ambiente dinâmico, de alta demanda e forte senso de urgência;Garantir o cumprimento da legislação e das normas aplicáveis ao transporte rodoviário, especialmente no transporte de produtos químicos;Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua, otimização de malha, transformação logística e implantação/evolução de sistemas;Organizar e acompanhar a escala operacional e calendário de plantões da equipe.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia, Matemática ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prévia em posições de Supervisão de Logistica e/ou Transportes;Vivência em operações logísticas de alta complexidade e elevado nível de serviço;Experiência com transporte de operação crítica, como químico, farmacêutico, alimentício ou e-commerce;Sólido conhecimento do processo de transporte rodoviário, incluindo legislação, tipos de veículos, modalidades e características dos materiais transportados;Experiência com operações FTL, LTL e cargas líquidas a granel;Conhecimento e experiência prática com TMS, WMS e SAP S/4HANA; Vivência com ferramentas e estruturas de Control Tower e plataformas de monitoramento logístico;Experiência em gestão de transportadoras, contratação e auditoria de fretes;Forte capacidade de acompanhamento e análise de KPIs operacionais e financeiros;Conhecimento em elaboração, gestão e acompanhamento de budget;Experiência comprovada em liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes;Perfil analítico, estruturado e orientado à resolução de problemas;Forte capacidade de priorização, senso de urgência e tomada de decisão em ambientes de pressão;Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento com stakeholders internos, clientes, fornecedores e parceiros logísticos;Pacote Office;Inglês será considerado um diferencial.
