Faça parte!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMissão do cargoSupervisionar e garantir a eficiência dos processos de logística reversa, coordenando o fluxo de retorno de produtos, mercadorias e materiais provenientes das lojas, entregas e demais operações da empresa. Assegurar o tratamento adequado das devoluções, avarias, trocas e produtos com irregularidades, buscando a redução de perdas, a otimização de custos, o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e a melhoria contínua dos processos logísticos.Principais responsabilidades e atividadesSupervisionar as operações de logística reversa, garantindo o cumprimento dos procedimentos e prazos estabelecidos.Coordenar o recebimento, a conferência, a identificação, a classificação e a destinação de produtos retornados das lojas, entregas e demais operações.Acompanhar os processos de devolução, troca, avarias, recusas de entrega, produtos com defeitos e demais ocorrências relacionadas ao retorno de mercadorias.Garantir o correto registro e rastreabilidade dos produtos devolvidos, assegurando a atualização das informações nos sistemas utilizados pela empresa.Gerenciar o fluxo de mercadorias entre lojas, Centro de Distribuição, transportadoras, fornecedores e demais áreas envolvidas.Definir e acompanhar os procedimentos para avaliação, recuperação, reaproveitamento, retorno ao estoque, devolução a fornecedores ou destinação final dos produtos, conforme as políticas internas.Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da área, como volume de devoluções, tempo de processamento, índice de avarias, custos operacionais, perdas e pendências.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos, propondo ações para reduzir custos, retrabalho, perdas e tempo de permanência dos produtos na operação.Acompanhar divergências de estoque, inconsistências documentais e ocorrências operacionais, garantindo a apuração e a resolução dos problemas identificados.Supervisionar a organização, a armazenagem e a movimentação dos produtos na área de logística reversa, assegurando condições adequadas de conservação e segurança.Orientar e desenvolver a equipe, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando resultados e garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais.Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Logística, Transportes, Lojas, Prevenção de Perdas, Estoque, Atendimento ao Cliente e demais setores envolvidos, visando à resolução de ocorrências.Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e apresentar resultados, indicadores, desvios e planos de ação à gestão.Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, dos procedimentos internos e das políticas da empresa aplicáveis à operação.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos da vaga: Requisitos indispensáveis

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.Experiência em processos logísticos, operações de estoque, logística reversa ou áreas relacionadas.Experiência em liderança de equipes ou coordenação de atividades operacionais.Conhecimento em controle de estoque, movimentação de mercadorias e processos de recebimento e devolução.Conhecimento intermediário em Excel e sistemas de gestão.Capacidade de analisar indicadores, identificar desvios e propor ações corretivas.
