Buscamos um Supervisor de Manutenção para atuar em empresa confidencial na região de Botucatu-SP.Responsabilidades e atribuições- Liderar as atividades de manutenção mecânica, elétrica, eletrônica, automação e predial, assegurando a execução dos planos de manutenção preventivas, corretivas e preditivas, o controle de custos e a disponibilidade dos equipamentos, em conformidade com as normas de segurança, qualidade e prazos de produção.- Cumprir com a execução do plano de atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva, de acordo com ordem de solicitação e estabelecendo prioridades.- Implementar procedimentos, controlar e orientar as manutenções mecânica, eletro-hidráulico-pneumática, eletrônica, de utilidades e predial de forma preventiva e corretiva. - Negociar junto com o PCP e Produção as paradas de máquinas para manutenção preventiva e corretiva, visando minimizar o tempo não produtivo dos equipamentos. - Programar e liderar os serviços de instalação, envolvendo construção de máquinas e equipamentos, adequação de layout e instalações eletro-hidráulico-pneumáticas.- Identificar e controlar a localização dos equipamentos de produção através da sua numeração (tags). - Verificar as tarefas executadas por seus colaboradores, acompanhando as etapas de instalação, manutenção e reparos, para assegurar a observância das especificações e segurança do trabalho. - Propor melhorias, através da análise do histórico dos equipamentos, para diminuição de quebra e aumento de disponibilidade.- Pesquisar e orientar a área de compras quanto aos materiais e ferramentas necessários à manutenção. Solicitar orçamentos e compras de materiais de serviços e equipamentos relacionados à manutenção, bem como, acompanhar fornecedores em pátio fabril para levantamento de orçamento.- Orientar as áreas de produção quanto à utilização e conservação dos equipamentos.- Garantir cumprimento das normas e legislação de equipamentos (laudos de inspeções).- Elaborar e apresentar indicadores da área. - Seguir procedimentos operacionais, de segurança, meio ambiente, qualidade e administrativos estabelecidos pela empresa.- Atuar como eletricista substituto, e realizar atividades de soldagem. - Operação em empilhadeira em casos de eventualidade, para atendimento de demandas inerentes a manutenção.Requisitos e qualificações- Conhecimento em processos e técnicas de manutenção industrial (mecânica, elétrica, eletrônica, hidráulica, pneumática e automação) – Nível: Avançado.- Conhecimento em planejamento e controle de manutenção (PCM), com elaboração e acompanhamento de planos preventivos e preditivos – Nível: Avançado.- Conhecimento em sistemas ERP (SAP, Totvs ou similares) – Nível: Avançado.- Conhecimento em interpretação de diagramas técnicos, projetos e manuais de equipamentos industriais – Nível: Intermediário.- Conhecimento das normas e legislações aplicáveis à manutenção industrial (como NR-10, NR-12, NR-13 e NR-35) – Nível: Avançado.- Conhecimento em análise de falhas e ferramentas de melhoria contínua (RCA, 5 Porquês, Ishikawa) – Nível: Intermediário.- Conhecimento em Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF) e procedimentos de segurança, qualidade e meio ambiente – Nível: Intermediário.- Conhecimento em usinagem com torno e fresadora convencional, processos de soldagem e usinagem básica – Nível: Intermediário.- Conhecimento em comandos elétricos, montagem e manutenção de painéis de força e controle – Nível: Intermediário. - Conhecimento Política da Qualidade.- Conhecimento Política de Segurança de Alimentos.- Conhecimento APPCC (Análise de Perigos e Pontos Críticos de Controle).- Conhecimento em Gestão de Alergênicos.- Conhecimento em Food Fraude.- Conhecimento em Food Defense.- Ensino superior em Engenharia de Manutenção ou áreas correlatas.Informações adicionais- Contratação CLT.- Atuação 100% presencial em Botucatu-SP.
