Nós somos a Genu-i!Produzimos peptídeos de colágeno‍ e gelatinas em seu estado genuíno, potente, puro.Temos como missão cuidar do bem-estar, saúde e nutrição das pessoas, por meio da transformação de nutrientes biológicos da cadeia produtiva de proteína, produzidos de forma eficiente, sustentável e apoiados pela ciência.Nossa missão: Sermos os melhores naquilo que nos propusermos a fazer, com foco absoluto em nossas atividades, garantindo os melhores produtos e serviços aos clientes, solidez aos fornecedores, rentabilidade aos acionistas e a oportunidade de um futuro melhor a todos os nossos colaboradores.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGerir e identificar as atividades relacionadas a produção dos alimentos, com base no atendimento aos pilares de segurança, legalidade, integridade e qualidade dos produtos para os consumidores;.Supervisionar atividades relacionadas a manutenção mecânica/civil corretiva, preditiva e preventiva de máquinas e equipamentos das fábricas e assegurando o bom funcionamento das máquinas e equipamentos;                                                                                                        Planejar e monitorar os custos da área, através do acompanhamento e controle das despesas gerais;Verificar e aprovar ordens de serviços identificadas pelas manutenções, bem como determinar a necessidade destes serviços, programando ações nos equipamentos em software específico;Avaliar peças a serem recuperadas, através das ocorrências recebidas pela equipe de manutenção, de modo a repassá-las aos serviços terceirizados;                                  Orientar os colaboradores da área de Manutenção, quanto a importância e obrigatoriedade do uso de equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI's);Instruir os colaboradores e suas atividades, estabelecendo prioridades, acompanhando a demanda da área, mantendo a qualidade, precisão e rapidez dos serviçosIdentificar materiais e tecnologias alternativas, por meio de pesquisas, eventos da área, entre outros;Gerir e identificar as atividades relacionadas a produção dos alimentos, com base no atendimento aos pilares de segurança, legalidade, integridade e qualidade dos produtos para os consumidores;        Elaborar memoriais descritivos e acompanhar equipes terceiras em manutenções e projetos de melhoria.        Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação Engenharia Mecânica ou afins;Experiencia mínima de 3 anos com liderança dentro da manutenção;  Experiencia em elaboração e gestão de planos de manutenção;                                                                                                                                      Desejável inglês intermediário;    Experiencia em elaboração e gestão de planos de manutenção;                                                                                                                                 Desejável experiencia em indústria do setor alimentício (preferencialmente Gelatina e Colágeno);     Disponibilidade de horário;Informática (avançado);Habilidade com leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.Informações adicionaisVale-alimentação;vale-transporte;plano de saúde (modelo parceria);Telemedicina, seguro de vida; restaurante local;Fretado; Gympass entre outros.
