Supervisionar a execução das estratégias de merchandising nos pontos de venda, garantindo a correta exposição dos produtos, cumprimento dos padrões definidos pela empresa, aumento da visibilidade da marca, disponibilidade dos produtos e alcance dos indicadores de desempenho comerciais.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Liderar, orientar e acompanhar a equipe de promotores de merchandising.Garantir a correta execução dos planos de merchandising nos pontos de venda.Monitorar a exposição, precificação e abastecimento dos produtos.Assegurar o cumprimento dos planogramas e padrões de execução estabelecidos pela empresa.Realizar visitas periódicas aos clientes e pontos de venda sob sua responsabilidade.Identificar oportunidades para incremento de vendas e ganho de espaço nas lojas.Acompanhar e analisar indicadores de performance da equipe e da região.Elaborar relatórios de visitas, resultados e oportunidades identificadas.Promover treinamentos e reciclagens para a equipe de merchandising.Atuar na resolução de problemas operacionais junto aos clientes e equipe de campo.Garantir o uso adequado de materiais de merchandising e ações promocionais.Controlar escalas, rotas, frequência e produtividade da equipe.Manter relacionamento com gestores e responsáveis pelos pontos de venda
