Garantir o desempenho da empresa contratada, promovendo a máxima utilização dos recursos disponíveis, o cumprimento dos indicadores operacionais e a melhoria contínua dos processos de mineraçãoPrincipais Responsabilidades:Supervisionar as operações de carregamento, transporte e disposição de minério e estéril, garantindo aderência ao plano de lavra, estabilidade na alimentação da britagem e cumprimento das metas de produção.Supervisionar as atividades de infraestrutura de mina, incluindo acessos, bermas, taludes, drenagem, bombeamento e condições seguras de trafegabilidade.Fiscalizar a empresa contratada, assegurando o atendimento aos requisitos operacionais, de segurança, meio ambiente e qualidade, bem como aos planos mensais, semanais e à programação diária. Monitorar a produtividade, disponibilidade e utilização dos equipamentos.Acompanhar os indicadores e desvios operacionais, implementar ações corretivas e atuar de forma integrada com Planejamento de Mina, Geologia, Beneficiamento, Manutenção, Segurança e Meio Ambiente.Liderar a gestão de riscos das atividades com veículos e equipamentos móveis, garantindo o cumprimento da NR-22 e demais requisitos legais. Realizar inspeções de campo, diálogos de segurança e tratamento de desvios.Identificar oportunidades de aumento de produtividade, redução de custos e padronização operacional, liderando iniciativas de melhoria contínua com ferramentas como Lean, Kaizen, PDCA e análise de causa raiz.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica em Mineração;Conhecimento em Pacote Office e Sistema de Controle de Mina;Experiência em atividades nas áreas correlatas.Conhecimento e experiência consolidada em Operações unitárias de mineração a céu aberto; Carregamento e transporte de mina; Infraestrutura de mina; Gestão de indicadores operacionais; NR-22 – Segurança e Saúde Ocupacional na Mineração; Sistemas de despacho e controle operacional.Informações adicionaisPlano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Cartão Alimentação;Seguro de Vida;Plataformas de Saúde e Bem-estar;Refeição no local;Transporte fretado.
