Atua na gestão da jornada do cliente, melhoria de processos e experiência, além da gestão de parceiros e operações BPO, garantindo o cumprimento de SLAs, qualidade e resultados. Também será responsável por promover iniciativas de melhoria contínua, otimização de processos e alinhamento entre áreas internas e parceiros, utilizando comunicação bilíngue nas interações necessárias. Se essa vaga faz sentido para o que busca no momento, venha fazer parte do nosso time! Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesMonitorar indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) da operação, acompanhando resultados, produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.

Analisar resultados e identificar desvios de performance, propondo planos de ação e acompanhando sua execução para garantir a evolução dos indicadores.

Gerenciar a jornada do cliente, identificando oportunidades de melhoria nos pontos de contato e buscando garantir uma experiência positiva e consistente.

Atuar na melhoria e otimização de processos, avaliando fluxos operacionais, identificando gargalos e propondo soluções para aumentar a eficiência da operação.

Realizar a gestão de parceiros e terceiros (BPO/Partners), acompanhando a performance, qualidade das entregas, cumprimento de SLAs e aderência aos processos e procedimentos definidos.

Promover alinhamentos com parceiros e áreas internas, garantindo comunicação clara, direcionamento de prioridades e resolução de eventuais problemas operacionais.

Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento de resultados, apresentando indicadores, principais desvios, oportunidades e planos de ação.

Promover a melhoria contínua, estimulando a implementação de boas práticas, revisão de processos e iniciativas que contribuam para ganho de produtividade, qualidade e satisfação do cliente.

Atuar de forma bilíngue na comunicação com clientes, parceiros e/ou equipes, garantindo clareza e assertividade nas interações em português e no segundo idioma.

Acompanhar a execução dos planos de ação, mensurando resultados e garantindo a sustentabilidade das melhorias implementadas.
