Descrição Responder pela operação de transporte da unidade de Itapecerica da Serra, garantindo a largada da frota no horário, a produtividade das rotas e o cumprimento dos indicadores de entrega. A posição está no centro da operação, liderando diretamente motoristas e ajudantes, cobrando performance no dia a dia e atuando de forma imediata sobre desvios. É uma função presencial, de campo, orientada a resultado e rotina.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesResponsabilidades e atribuições:Supervisionar as operações diárias de transporte, garantindo eficiência, segurança e cumprimento dos prazos;Liderar diretamente as equipes operacionais, incluindo motoristas e ajudantes;Gerenciar escalas, jornadas, presença, produtividade e desempenho da equipe;Acompanhar indicadores operacionais (KPIs) e desenvolver planos de ação para melhoria dos resultados;Acompanhar a disponibilidade e utilização da frota, buscando maior eficiência operacional;Atuar na resolução de problemas e ocorrências da operação, prestando suporte às equipes em campo;Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, legislação trabalhista e procedimentos internos;Atuar na gestão de conflitos, orientação e desenvolvimento da equipe;Interagir com as áreas de Manutenção, Logística e Tráfego para garantir a fluidez da operação e o atendimento ao cliente;Identificar oportunidades e implementar melhorias contínuas nos processos operacionais.

Requisitos e qualificações

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino médio completo (superior em Logística, Gestão ou correlatas é diferencial); Experiência comprovada em supervisão/liderança de operação de transporte ou last mile; Vivência direta na largada de frota e na cobrança de performance de motoristas e ajudantes; Gestão orientada a indicadores operacionais (prazo, produtividade, ocorrências); Conhecimento da Lei do Motorista (13.103/2015); Disponibilidade para atuação presencial e em horário de operação (incluindo início de expediente cedo) em Itapecerica da Serra/SP.

Experiência em transportadora ou operação de last mile em ambiente de alto volume e janelas apertadas de entrega; Vivência com roteirização e sistemas de gestão de transporte (TMS); Histórico comprovado de melhoria de indicadores operacionais (largada no horário, produtividade, redução de ocorrências); Experiência liderando equipes operacionais grandes e com rotatividade; CNH e vivência prática de rua/rota que dê autoridade técnica na cobrança da equipe.
