Temos uma oportunidade para você atuar diretamente na garantia da performance e disponibilidade de equipamentos em operações de Rental e serviços.Sua missão será assegurar que os equipamentos estejam sempre disponíveis, seguros e operando com máxima eficiência, garantindo a satisfação do cliente, a rentabilidade dos contratos e o cumprimento rigoroso das normas e da legislação.O que você vai fazer:Liderar equipes de manutenção, garantindo segurança e alta performance no dia a dia;Assegurar a execução de manutenções preventivas, preditivas e corretivas com qualidade e agilidade;Atuar como ponto focal com clientes, garantindo comunicação clara e satisfação contínua;Gerenciar contratos, assegurando cumprimento de SLA, controle de custos e rentabilidade;Supervisionar diagnósticos, reparos e fornecimento de peças;Controlar indicadores operacionais (disponibilidade, NPS, SLA, custos, entre outros);Garantir o correto uso de sistemas e apontamentos de manutenção;Apoiar o cliente na correta utilização e conservação dos equipamentos;Gerenciar recursos da operação: equipe, ferramentas, estoque e despesas.

Requisitos e qualificações O que esperamos de você:Requisitos obrigatórios:Ensino superior cursando ou completo;

Conhecimento técnico em empilhadeiras;

Experiência com gestão/liderança de equipes; Vivência em operações de Rental ou prestação de serviços com contato direto com clientes;Perfil comunicativo e proativo.Conhecimentos importantes:Sistemas de gestão de manutenção;Indicadores de performance (MTBF, MTTR, disponibilidade, NPS, SLA, custos);Gestão contratual;Ferramentas de melhoria contínua (PDCA, 5S);Normas de segurança (NR12, NR18, NR35, NR24, entre outras);Pacote Office (intermediário).Diferenciais: Formação técnica em Mecânica, Elétrica ou áreas correlatas;Desafios da posição:Garantir segurança total das operações e do time;Manter alta disponibilidade dos equipamentos com eficiência de custos;Atuar de forma estratégica na satisfação e retenção de clientes;Equilibrar qualidade, prazo e rentabilidade em ambientes dinâmicos;Gerenciar múltiplas demandas e contratos simultaneamente.
