Vaga para Supervisor de Operações Logísticas (Tarde/Noite - Fechamento).Responsabilidades e atribuições Gestão das operações de separação, ressuprimento, conferência e expedição de mercadorias;Gestão de equipe (headcount de 30 a 35 colaboradores), incluindo controle de jornada de trabalho, banco de horas, horas extras e distribuição de funções;Gestão de performance da equipe e atingimento de metas e objetivos operacionais;Gestão disciplinar e atendimento às demandas administrativas da área (treinamentos, comunicações internas, e‑mails e grupos de comunicação);Gestão do faturamento e suporte às rotinas operacionais;Acompanhamento e análise de indicadores de performance (KPIs) já estabelecidos;Elaboração e apresentação de status reports dos indicadores e da operação, dentro de rotinas e horários definidos;Atuação em gestão de crises, com definição e acompanhamento de planos de ação;Gestão e manutenção das práticas de 5S no ambiente operacional;Gestão e acompanhamento de pedidos por canal de vendas, garantindo fluxo, prazo e qualidade.

Requisitos e qualificações Graduação completa ou em andamento em Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia de Alimentos ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em cargos de Liderança nas áreas de Armazenagem, Estoque ou Logística;Experiência com implementação de processos produtivos, sistemas e projetos de melhoria contínua;Vivência em operações de e‑commerce, com atuação em ambientes de micro SKUs;Experiência em operações com ênfase em metodologias ágeis;Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office, com foco em Excel.Diferenciais:Cursos ou certificações em Green Belt ou Black Belt;Formação ou experiência em Gestão de Pessoas;Conhecimento ou certificação em Metodologias Ágeis;Conhecimentos e aplicação prática da metodologia 5S.
