Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor de Pós Vendas para fazer parte do nosso time e contribuir com a construção do futuro da Brasif.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesBuscamos um(a) profissional para liderar a operação de pós-vendas de empilhadeiras Hyster e Yale em Mato Grosso e Mato Grosso do Sul. A posição reúne a gestão comercial de peças e serviços, o acompanhamento dos serviços executados e o desenvolvimento de uma equipe formada por consultores, mecânicos e profissionais das áreas operacional e administrativa.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e acompanhar as atividades comerciais de pós-vendas na região;Liderar, orientar e desenvolver a equipe, incluindo o treinamento de novos profissionais nos procedimentos da área;Acompanhar e controlar os serviços executados nos equipamentos;Ampliar a carteira de clientes por meio de prospecção, visitas e ativação de clientes;Organizar e cumprir o roteiro de visitas;Elaborar orçamentos, conduzir negociações e fechar pedidos;Manter os registros e campos da ferramenta ATS atualizados.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo, preferencialmente em Engenharia;Experiência em liderança de equipes de peças e serviços em distribuidoras de equipamentos de movimentação, especialmente empilhadeiras;Conhecimento dos equipamentos Hyster e Yale;CNH válida.
