A ITAM Transformadores está em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de PCP para liderar o planejamento, a programação e o controle da produção, garantindo que a fábrica entregue no prazo certo, com os estoques equilibrados e a equipe de PCP bem orientada.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Elaborar e acompanhar o planejamento da produção, de acordo com a demanda, os pedidos e a capacidade fabril; Programar a produção, definindo sequência, prioridades, datas e quantidades a serem produzidas; Analisar a carteira de pedidos e estabelecer prioridades conforme os prazos de entrega; Verificar a capacidade produtiva de máquinas, equipamentos, mão de obra e processos; Acompanhar o cumprimento do plano de produção, identificando desvios e tomando ações corretivas; Controlar os estoques de matérias-primas, componentes e produtos acabados, evitando tanto faltas quanto excesso de estoque; Acompanhar as necessidades de materiais, trabalhando em conjunto com Compras, Almoxarifado e Suprimentos; Analisar o MRP, quando utilizado pela empresa, para identificar necessidades de compra e produção; Controlar as ordens de produção, acompanhando sua abertura, programação, execução, encerramento e eventuais alterações; Monitorar prazos de produção e entrega, sinalizando riscos de atraso; Identificar gargalos de produção e propor alternativas para melhorar o fluxo produtivo; Reprogramar a produção diante de imprevistos, como quebra de máquinas, falta de matéria-prima, problemas de qualidade ou alterações na demanda; Integrar o PCP com Produção, Compras, Logística, Estoque, Qualidade, Manutenção e Comercial; Acompanhar os indicadores do PCP, como cumprimento do plano de produção, OTIF/pontualidade de entrega, acuracidade e giro de estoque, cobertura de estoque, lead time de produção, eficiência produtiva e atrasos de ordens de produção; Elaborar relatórios e análises gerenciais sobre produção, estoques, pedidos e capacidade; Liderar e desenvolver a equipe de PCP, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando o desempenho; Padronizar processos e rotinas do PCP, buscando maior confiabilidade das informações; Analisar previsões de demanda e seus impactos sobre estoque e capacidade produtiva; Participar de reuniões de planejamento, apresentando necessidades, riscos e planos de ação; Apoiar decisões relacionadas a aumento de capacidade, terceirização, horas extras, novos turnos e priorização de pedidos; Buscar melhorias contínuas nos processos de planejamento, programação e controle.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia de Produção ou área correlata; Experiência mínima de 2 anos em planejamento e controle de produção, com vivência em liderança de equipes; Pós-graduação em Gestão da Produção, Logística ou área correlata (diferencial); Conhecimento em MRP, ERP corporativo (módulos de produção, materiais e compras), Excel avançado e Power BI; Vivência com indicadores de PCP (OTIF, giro e cobertura de estoque, lead time, eficiência produtiva) e com as normas ISO 9001, 14001 e 45001.
