🚀 Faça parte do time Democrata e lidere novos desafios!Na Democrata, buscamos um Supervisor de Pesponto para atuar na gestão estratégica e operacional do setor, garantindo eficiência dos processos, qualidade, produtividade, cumprimento das metas e desenvolvimento das equipes.Se você tem perfil de liderança, experiência no processo de pesponto, gosta de desafios e busca transformar processos em resultados, equipes em alta performance e oportunidades em melhorias, venha fazer parte desse time e contribuir para o crescimento da Democrata! 👟Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrganizar o processo de produção do dia, matéria prima, check list e do seu time a partir do planejamento de produção;Conduzir periodicamente reuniões de alinhamento apresentando metas, fluxo de trabalho e assuntos pertinentes;Orientar e acompanhar os Monitores sobre técnicas de corte, qualidade do produto e resultados esperados;Acompanhar o absenteísmo do time, realizando feedbacks e buscando ajuda quando necessário;Acompanhar o embarque hora a hora, saldo negativo e utilizar as ferramentas necessárias para solucionar os problemas que aparecem, assim como melhorias que surgirem;Conduzir com o RH processos seletivos para o seu time e desligamentos quando necessários;Orientar e acompanhar o time sobre as normas e regras de segurança da empresa;Acompanhamento do processo fabril no chão de fábrica.0 Atuar no desenvolvimento contínuo dos Monitores baseando na visão e missão Democrata, fornecendo sempre que necessários feedback para os mesmos, bem como formando novos.Verificar as condições de trabalho se estão favoráveis para execução do Pesponto.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino médio completoConhecimento dos processos de pesponto e montagem do calçado;

Experiência com gestão de produção, metas e indicadores de desempenho;

Conhecimento em controle de qualidade e produtividade;

Habilidade para liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar equipes;

Capacidade de identificar falhas no processo e propor melhorias;

Boa comunicação, organização e perfil de liderança;

Disponibilidade para atuar conforme a necessidade da produção;

Desejável conhecimento em processos industriais e gestão de pessoas.
