A ITAM Transformadores está em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Produção para liderar as equipes dos setores fabris e garantir que o programa de produção seja cumprido com qualidade, segurança e produtividade.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Planejar, organizar e monitorar as atividades dos setores da Produção, supervisionando as atividades produtivas conforme o Plano Mestre de Produção;Orientar e distribuir as atividades entre os líderes e colaboradores da produção;Acompanhar diariamente os indicadores de produtividade, eficiência, qualidade e perdas;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, instruções de trabalho e padrões estabelecidos, assegurando os requisitos do Sistema de Gestão Integrado;Promover o atendimento às metas de produção, qualidade, custo e prazo;Identificar desvios de processo e implementar ações corretivas junto às áreas de apoio;Participar da investigação de não conformidades, reclamações de clientes e análise de causa raiz;Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe, desenvolver, orientar e acompanhar o desempenho dos colaboradores;Identificar necessidades de treinamento da equipe e apoiar os processos de integração de novos colaboradores;Garantir a organização e a limpeza das áreas produtivas (5S) e o correto preenchimento dos registros de produção;Acompanhar inventários quando solicitado e atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos produtivos;Participar de auditorias internas e externas, apoiando projetos de aumento de produtividade e redução de custos;Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e pelo correto uso dos recursos da empresa;Assegurar que as práticas de produção sigam as normas de segurança ocupacional (ISO 45001:2018), garantindo o uso adequado de EPIs pela equipe;Identificar e reportar riscos de segurança e saúde no ambiente de produção, especialmente relacionados ao uso de máquinas e equipamentos;Promover iniciativas de melhoria contínua com foco em segurança e saúde no trabalho;Atender às solicitações do Sistema de Gestão Ambiental, incluindo as regras de coleta seletiva de resíduos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Engenharia, Qualidade, Gestão da Produção ou áreas correlatas; Experiência mínima de 6 meses em supervisão ou coordenação de equipes de produção; Conhecimento em Planejamento e Controle da Produção (PCP); Ferramentas da qualidade e leitura e interpretação das normas ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 e 45001:2018; Informática (pacote Office).
