Descrição da vaga:Buscamos um profissional com perfil de liderança, organização e forte atuação operacional para acompanhar de perto as atividades de produção e garantir a eficiência dos processos. Será responsável por apoiar a equipe operacional, assegurando o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade, segurança e produtividade, além de atuar na identificação e solução de desvios.Valorizamos profissionais analíticos, proativos e orientados a resultados, com capacidade de acompanhar indicadores, elaborar e apresentar relatórios de gestão e transformar dados em ações de melhoria. É importante ter senso de urgência, boa comunicação e capacidade de atuar de forma próxima ao time, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para um ambiente seguro, organizado e de alta performance.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar, orientar e distribuir as atividades das equipes de produção.Garantir o cumprimento do plano de produção e das prioridades definidas pelo PCP.Acompanhar diariamente os indicadores de produção, produtividade, eficiência, qualidade e perdas.Atuar de forma imediata sobre paradas de máquinas, pequenas paradas, gargalos, falta de ritmo e demais desvios do processo.Garantir o fluxo contínuo da produção e o cumprimento dos padrões operacionais.Identificar oportunidades para redução de desperdícios e aumento da produtividade.Garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de qualidade e atuar na correção de problemas junto à área da Qualidade.Acionar e acompanhar a Manutenção em casos de falhas e paradas de equipamentos.Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos de segurança, utilização de EPIs e organização da área.Realizar a passagem de turno, garantindo comunicação clara sobre produção, ocorrências, prioridades e pendências.Desenvolver, orientar e dar feedback à equipe, promovendo disciplina, comprometimento e foco em resultados.Acompanhar absenteísmo, horas extras e dimensionamento da equipe.Garantir organização, limpeza e aplicação dos princípios de 5S na área.Participar da identificação de causas e implementação de ações para evitar a reincidência de problemas.Trabalhar em conjunto com PCP, Qualidade, Manutenção e Logística para garantir o atendimento dos pedidos e prazos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos e Qualificações:Ensino superior completo ou cursando, preferencialmente em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Industrial, Administração ou áreas correlatas.Formação técnica em áreas industriais será considerada um diferencial.Desejável conhecimento em gestão de produção, PCP, qualidade, manutenção, segurança, 5S e melhoria contínua.Informações adicionaisOferecemos pacote de benefícios completo, incluindo Vale Transporte, Restaurante no Local, Vale Alimentação, Convênio Médico, Convênio Odontológico, Seguro de Vida, Convênio Farmácia, Gympass/Wellhub, acesso à plataforma interna de cursos e Participação nos Lucros e Resultados.
