Controlar la ejecución de los programas de producción de las tres plantas de la unidad de SCZ, a fin de garantizar el cumplimiento de los volúmenes de producción planificados, gestionando los recursos de manera eficiente.Responsabilidades e atribuições·        Coordinar y planificar las actividades de producción de las 3 plantas operativas para garantizar que se cumplan los objetivos de producción y los plazos establecidos.·        Dirigir y supervisar al equipo de producción, proporcionando orientación, entrenamiento y apoyo cuando sea necesario para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.·        Gestionar las asignaciones de personal, incluyendo la programación de turnos y la gestión de vacaciones y licencias, para garantizar una cobertura adecuada en todo momento.·        Supervisar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y los procedimientos operativos para garantizar la producción de productos de alta calidad.·        Implementar y hacer cumplir las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad en el lugar de trabajo, incluyendo el uso adecuado de equipos de protección personal y la identificación y mitigación de riesgos laborales.·        Supervisar el inventario de materias primas y productos en proceso, realizando un seguimiento de los niveles de existencias y coordinando la reposición según sea necesario.·        Coordinar con el equipo de mantenimiento las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de los equipos de producción para garantizar su buen funcionamiento y minimizar el tiempo de inactividad.·        Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad y salud ocupacional, identificando y abordando los riesgos potenciales en el lugar de trabajo.·        Identificar y abordar de manera proactiva los problemas y desafíos que surjan durante el proceso de producción, buscando soluciones eficientes y efectivas.·        Mantener una comunicación clara y efectiva con otros departamentos y equipos dentro de la organización para garantizar una coordinación fluida de las actividades de producción.·        Identificar oportunidades de mejora en los procesos de producción y proponer e implementar iniciativas para aumentar la eficiencia, reducir costos y mejorar la calidad del producto.·        Realizar y supervisar las actividades para la realización del balance de masa de los materiales de las plantas, para ajustar la diferencia que exista garantizando el correcto manejo de stock de materiales.·        Enviar informes diarios a Jefatura de Producción de los indicadores de planta principales para llevar un control del cumplimiento de los objetivos.·        Participar activamente en las actividades programadas como capacitaciones, simulacros, auditorias e inspecciones relacionadas a seguridad, medio ambiente y calidad, así como a lo requerido por el perfil del puesto.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEstudios Universitarios, Ing. Industrial, Ing. Mecánica, Ing.Electrica, o Ramas afines.Pos Graduación /MBA, (Deseable)Idiomas:Portugués basico/Ingles Intermedio (Deseable)      Experiencia comprobada en plantas industriales Supervisor de producción, Ingeniero Procesos o cargos afines
