Supervisor de Projetos - Jundiaí/ SP

Buscamos um(a) Supervisor(a) de Projetos para liderar o gerenciamento de projetos de diferentes Business Units (BUs) da Böllhoff no Brasil, atuando como elo entre áreas, clientes e fornecedores para garantir entregas estratégicas com excelência.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais AtividadesGerenciar projetos de ponta a ponta (planejamento, execução, monitoramento e encerramento), envolvendo diferentes áreas e BUs;Estruturar cronogramas, planos de ação, entregáveis e responsabilidades;Administrar interfaces com todos os stakeholders (internos e externos), atuando na resolução de conflitos e negociação de prioridades entre áreas;Estabelecer metas e implementar planos de longo prazo;Garantir acompanhamento de escopo, prazo, qualidade, riscos e recursos dos projetos;Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento e governança dos projetos;Monitorar indicadores, status, desvios e planos de ação;Acompanhar custos, orçamento e impactos financeiros dos projetos;Facilitar e apoiar a equipe no cumprimento das metas, atuando na gestão de pessoas e gestão funcional.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos

Superior completo em Engenharia (Mecânica, Produção, Materiais ou Metalúrgica), Tecnológo, Administração ou áreas afins; Experiência sólida em Gerenciamento de Projetos; Vivência em liderança e gestão de pessoas;Experiência em produção seriada nos segmentos metalmecânico e automotivo;

Vivência em metodologias ágeis, inovação, revisão técnica e relacionamento com clientes e fornecedores, incluindo contato com clientes OEMs, agrícola, entre outros; Pacote Office avançado; Comunicação, resiliência e capacidade de negociação;Conhecimento em PPAP e SOP (APQP desejável);

Residir em Jundiaí ou região; Vaga 100% presencial.
