Será responsável pela gestão do time de Promotores de Vendas e Instrutores Técnicos, garantindo excelência na execução comercial nos pontos de venda, fortalecimento da presença da marca, capacitação e suporte às estratégias da regional comercial.Atuará de forma integrada com os times Comercial, Marketing e Trade Marketing, acompanhando indicadores de execução, oportunidades de mercado, ações da concorrência e performance dos produtos, contribuindo para aumento de sell out, positivação e desenvolvimento dos clientes da região.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar, orientar e desenvolver o time de Promotores de Vendas, garantindo alta performance e qualidade na execução em campo;Liderar, orientar e desenvolver o time de Instrutores Técnicos, garantindo aplicabilidade de treinamentos e capacitações conforme publico e necessidades;Assegurar a correta execução das estratégias comerciais e de merchandising nos pontos de venda;Administrar roteiros, agendas e prioridades do time, buscando otimização de cobertura, produtividade e custos operacionais;Monitorar indicadores de performance da regional, como positivação, ruptura, share de gôndola, execução e giro de produtos;Identificar oportunidades comerciais e propor ações para fortalecimento das vendas e aumento de presença da marca nos clientes;Acompanhar tendências de mercado, movimentações da concorrência e oportunidades regionais de execução comercial;Atuar próximo ao time Comercial apoiando negociações, desenvolvimento de clientes e ações estratégicas no PDV;Garantir execução adequada de campanhas, eventos e ações promocionais junto aos clientes;Realizar feedbacks, acompanhamentos de rotina e ações de desenvolvimento com o time de promotores;Controlar despesas operacionais da equipe, incluindo deslocamentos, reembolsos e demais custos da operação;Fortalecer relacionamento com clientes, equipes comerciais e áreas internas parceiras.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Marketing, Engenharia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas;Experiência anterior com gestão de equipes de campo, merchandising, execução comercial ou promoção de vendas;Vivência no segmento da construção civil, varejo ou materiais de construção será considerado diferencial;Experiência com rotinas comerciais e acompanhamento de indicadores de performance;Pacote Office intermediário;Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e capacidade de influência;Perfil organizado, dinâmico e orientado para resultados;CNH categoria B ativa e disponibilidade para viagens.Colaboradores Internos:Inscrições válidas até 07 dias após a comunicação da vagaAtender aos requisitos citados acima
