Acreditamos que a excelência é construída por meio do trabalho em equipe, da confiança e do desenvolvimento contínuo de nossos colaboradores, gerando valor para clientes, consumidores, parceiros e para a sociedade.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar e orientar a equipe de Recrutamento e Seleção.Distribuir e acompanhar as demandas e processos seletivos.Garantir o cumprimento de prazos e indicadores de R&S.Acompanhar processos seletivos estratégicos.Monitorar indicadores e resultados da área.Apoiar a definição de estratégias de atração e seleção.Garantir a qualidade e aderência das contratações.Desenvolver e acompanhar a performance da equipe.Propor melhorias contínuas nos processos, ferramentas e práticas de R&S.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior completo em Psicologia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em Recrutamento e Seleção, preferencialmente com atuação em liderança de equipe.

Experiência com processos seletivos de diferentes níveis e volumes.

Conhecimento em indicadores e métricas de R&S.

Experiência com sistemas/ATS e ferramentas de R&S.
