Se você é um profissional pró ativo, flexível a mudanças e disposto a se comprometer com a busca pela melhoria contínua, junte-se a nós!O Coordenador de Refrigeração é responsável por planejar, supervisionar e garantir a execução dos serviços de manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva dos sistemas de refrigeração, com foco em câmaras frias, túneis de congelamento e demais equipamentos térmicos. Atua na gestão da equipe técnica, assegurando a eficiência operacional, disponibilidade dos ativos e conformidade com normas de segurança e qualidade.Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD's)Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e Coordenar atividades de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva em sistemas de refrigeração;Atuar na análise de falhas crônicas, identificação da causa raiz e definição de ações definitivas;Realizar diagnósticos técnicos avançados em chillers, compressores, câmaras frias, sistemas de expansão direta, água gelada e CO₂;Garantir o correto funcionamento dos sistemas em regime contínuo, minimizando paradas não programadas;Participar de projetos de implantação, retrofit e ampliação de sistemas de refrigeração e HVAC;Propor e implementar melhorias técnicas e tecnológicas focadas em eficiência energética, redução de consumo e aumento da vida útil dos equipamentos;Apoiar estudos de viabilidade técnica e econômica (CAPEX/OPEX) para novos investimentos;Conduzir testes de performance, comissionamento e homologação de sistemas;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas técnicas aplicáveis (ABNT, NR-10, NR-12, NR-13, ASHRAE e normas ambientais);Garantir práticas seguras de trabalho com refrigerantes, sistemas pressurizados e elétricos;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas relacionadas à operação e manutenção dos sistemas térmicos;Atuar na interface técnica com empresas prestadoras de serviço, integradores e fabricantes;Avaliar tecnicamente serviços executados, medições, laudos, relatórios e contratos de manutenção;Apoiar processos de homologação de fornecedores, especificação técnica de peças e equipamentos;Definir e acompanhar KPIs de performance (disponibilidade, consumo energético, MTBF, MTTR);Elaborar e atualizar procedimentos técnicos, planos de manutenção, manuais operacionais e relatórios técnicos;Apoiar a padronização de processos e boas práticas entre sites;Atuar como especialista de referência para equipes de manutenção, produção, facilities e engenharia;Contribuir para o treinamento técnico de equipes internas;Apoiar decisões estratégicas relacionadas a ativos de refrigeração e climatização.Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior completo em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Refrigeração e afins;Curso técnico refrigeração;Sólido conhecimento em sistemas de refrigeração industrial, especialmente:Compressores (Parafuso, Centrífugo, Scroll, Pistão);Chillers, torres de resfriamento, evaporadores e condensadores;Automação básica, instrumentação e leitura de diagrama;Eficiência energética e gestão de consumo;Câmara fria, dimensionamento de isolamento térmico e controle preciso de temperatura.Normas técnicas e de segurança;HVAC e PMOC;Disponibilidade para viagens.Informações adicionaisBenefícios: PDS (Prêmio por Desempenho Superior);Parcerias e Convênios (SESC, faculdades, restaurantes, lazer, cultura etc.);Plataforma de Desenvolvimento/ Educacional e Programas de Desenvolvimentos;Programa Gestante;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Total Pass Seguro de Vida; Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição ou Vale Alimentação; Horário: 08:00 as 18:00 Modelo de trabalho: 100% Presencial Local: Serra/ES.
