Inscreva-se em nosso processo seletivo e cresça com a gente!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesOrientar e supervisionar a equipe de vigilantes, porteiros e demais profissionais de segurança, realizando a distribuição de atividades e o acompanhamento do desempenho.Promover treinamentos para a equipe, desenvolvendo habilidades essenciais para prevenção de incidentes e fortalecimento da segurança patrimonial.Garantir o pleno funcionamento dos equipamentos de segurança e identificar oportunidades de melhoria por meio de novas ferramentas e tecnologias.Elaborar instruções de serviço, em alinhamento e sob supervisão do GRIS Corporativo.Dar suporte às operações em ocorrências como roubos, furtos e falhas sistêmicas, contribuindo para a recuperação de cargas e redução de perdas.Assegurar o cumprimento das regras de PGR (Plano de Gerenciamento de Riscos).Elaborar e ministrar, sob supervisão do GRIS Corporativo, treinamentos sobre procedimentos operacionais e regras de risco, garantindo padronização e disseminação das boas práticas.Realizar análises de risco das operações, identificando vulnerabilidades e propondo ações de mitigação.Elaborar relatórios mensais de ocorrências, apresentando mapas de calor de risco e indicadores relevantes para tomada de decisão.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Médio Completo;Noções de segurança privada;Prevenção e combate a incêndio;Noções de Segurança eletrônica;Primeiros Socorros;Pacote Office básico.Informações adicionaisBenefícios:Vale alimentação e Refeição no LocalVale-transporte/FretadoPlano de saúde e odontológicoSeguro de vidaProgramas de treinamento e desenvolvimentoPossibilidade de crescimento e desenvolvimento de carreira
