Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e supervisionar uma equipe de Sucesso do Cliente (ongoing) para garantir satisfação e retenção de clientes.Apoiar no desenvolvimento de PDI p planos de carreira para colaboradores.Acompanhar as contratações, onboarding de novos colaboradores, treinamento e desenvolvimento do time;Aplicar feedbacks semanais (1:1) na equipe, apoiando na criação e atualização de PDI'sPromover cultura de sucesso do cliente.Apoiar ativamente em negociações da equipe junto ao cliente.Garantir as entregas das metas propostas.Realizar a monitoria dos atendimentos feitos pela equipe para com o cliente.Desenvolver e implementar estratégias para melhorar métricas de sucesso do cliente (NPS, churn, up).Gerenciar relacionamentos com clientes chave e stakeholders.Analisar dados para identificar oportunidades de melhoria.Desenvolver e implementar processos eficientes.Gerenciar e apoiar em casos complexos de clientes.Treinar e desenvolver habilidades da equipe, promovendo a melhoria continua.Comunicar-se com clientes para entender necessidades.Resolver conflitos internos da equipe e, apoiar na resolução de possíveis conflitos de clientes.Preparar relatórios sobre desempenho da equipe.Gerenciar métricas de sucesso do cliente.Realizar reuniões de alinhamentos com a equipe e stakeholders (quando necessário).Desenvolver planos estratégicos para melhorar satisfação e retenção de clientes.Identificar oportunidades de inovação e melhoria.Trabalhar me conjunto com outras equipes (Comercial, Marketing e Produtos) para alinhar estratégias.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência em liderança e gestão de equipe.Experiência em negociação.Experiência em liderança de times de Sucesso do cliente, comercial ou áreas relacionadas.Comunicação eficaz.Boa capacidade de análise de dados.Pensamento estratégico e resolução de problemas.Empatia e inteligência emocional.Desejável experiência na ferramenta sensedata.Desejável experiência com ferramentas de análise de dados (BI, Google Analytics).
