Responsável por desempenhar um papel estratégico e técnico na área, com foco em análise de mercado e desenvolvimento e qualificação de novos fornecedores. Atua como key user do sistema Sankhya, sendo responsável por garantir a eficiência dos processos de compras, promover melhorias sistêmicas e disseminar boas práticas entre os usuários.

Facilita a integração entre o time de Compras e as áreas internas, promovendo alinhamento, agilidade e foco no cumprimento das metas da área. Conduz processos completos de BID, desenvolve estratégias de sourcing voltadas à otimização de custos e participa ativamente na definição de soluções junto às áreas de P&D e Novos Negócios.

Apoia a tomada de decisão por meio da análise de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs e SLAs), contribuindo para a inovação contínua, a gestão de riscos e a adoção de práticas sustentáveis alinhadas aos princípios ESG.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Conduzir e orientar o time de compradores, promovendo o alinhamento das atividades, distribuição e acompanhamento das demandas, definição de prioridades e suporte técnico nas negociações e processos de compras, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos, políticas, procedimentos e objetivos da área; Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de sourcing voltadas à otimização de custos, melhoria contínua e aumento da eficiência dos processos de compras, alinhadas aos objetivos estratégicos da companhia;Conduzir o processo completo de fechamento de BIDs, desde a análise inicial até a conclusão, assegurando o cumprimento dos requisitos técnicos, comerciais e regulatórios;Negociar com fornecedores estratégicos para garantir as melhores condições comerciais (preço, qualidade, prazo), promovendo relações sustentáveis e com foco em geração de valor;Liderar reuniões de alinhamento com clientes internos e fornecedores, comunicando riscos, oportunidades e status das demandas de forma clara e estratégica;Monitorar o desempenho dos fornecedores e conduzir avaliações periódicas com base em critérios técnicos, de prazo, qualidade e conformidade, propondo ações corretivas e preventivas quando necessário;·Elaborar, validar e apresentar indicadores de desempenho da área (KPIs e SLAs) em conjunto com o analista de dados, assegurando que os dados reflitam a realidade operacional e subsidiem decisões estratégicas;Garantir, junto ao analista de dados, a organização e atualização dos dashboards da área de Suprimentos, bem como a produção de relatórios gerenciais e materiais de suporte à tomada de decisão;Pesquisar e propor inovações que tragam ganhos de produtividade e performance para a área, explorando novas ferramentas, tecnologias e melhores práticas de mercado;Manter-se atualizado sobre tendências do setor e oportunidades de novos negócios, atuando em sinergia com as áreas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesSuperior Completo Engenharia, Administração, Economia ou áreas relacionadas;Experiência no segmento de energia renovável;Experiência comprovada no planejamento estratégico de compras, definição de estratégias junto à diretoria e condução de BIDs estratégicos.Conhecimento e aplicação da Política de Compras corporativa, garantindo aderência às diretrizes, boas práticas de negociação e uso eficaz das ferramentas disponíveis (ERP, e-Procurement, dashboards);Experiência em Gestão de Contratos;Pacote Office Avançado;Desejável Inglês Avançado
