A área de atuação e responsabilidade é Meio Ambiente, Caldeiras e outras utilidades.

Equipe: 4 operadores de ETE, 1 analista de laboratório ETE, 1 analista de meio ambiente, 9 operadores de caldeira e 1 estagiário de meio ambiente.

Supervisionar a operação, manutenção básica e desempenho das caldeiras e sistemas auxiliares, garantindo o fornecimento contínuo e seguro de vapor para os processos produtivos, assegurando conformidade com requisitos legais, ambientais, de segurança, qualidade e eficiência energética.

Supervisionar as atividades de operação da Estação de Tratamento de Efluentes (ETE), garantindo o tratamento adequado dos efluentes industriais e sanitários, o atendimento à legislação ambiental vigente, a segurança operacional, a eficiência dos processos e a disponibilidade dos sistemas de tratamento.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesConduzir a operação das caldeiras e equipamentos auxiliares, assegurando fornecimento contínuo de vapor conforme demanda da fábrica;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho, consumo de combustível, eficiência térmica e disponibilidade dos equipamentos; Garantir o atendimento aos parâmetros operacionais estabelecidos para pressão, temperatura, vazão e qualidade do vapor; Atuar preventivamente para evitar interrupções no fornecimento de utilidades; Supervisionar a operação dos sistemas de tratamento físico, químico e biológico; Garantir o cumprimento dos parâmetros operacionais definidos para cada etapa do tratamento; Assegurar a continuidade da operação da ETE sem riscos de descarte inadequado; Monitorar vazões, carga orgânica, consumo de produtos químicos e eficiência do tratamento; Conduzir ações corretivas em desvios de processo.

Requisitos e qualificações ·       Ensino Técnico Completo em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Automação, Química ou áreas correlatas;

·       Desejável Superior em Engenharia Mecânica, Produção, Energia ou áreas afins;

·       Experiência em operação e supervisão de caldeiras industriais;

·       Vivência em gestão de equipes operacionais;

·       Conhecimento em sistemas de geração de vapor e utilidades industriais;

·       NR-13;

·       Inglês será um diferencial.
