O Supervisor de Vendas é um profissional capacitado para monitorar o desempenho da Equipe de Vendas, treinando, dando orientações, feedbacks e todo apoio necessário para que essa equipe alcance os melhores resultados de vendas na loja; além de assessorar o Gerente de Loja.Esse profissional será responsável por maximizar o potencial da Equipe de Vendas e assim, garantir resultados consistentes para a lojaResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesConstruir e promover relacionamento de confiança com a Equipe de Vendas e com os clientes;Garantir o padrão Tenda de atendimento ao cliente;Garantir que as tarefas da Equipe de Vendas sejam executadas diariamente, considerando o Manual de Normas;Garantir que as tarefas do Auxiliar de Serviços Gerais sejam executadas diariamente, considerando o Manual de Normas;Garantir que as tarefas do Fiscal de Provador sejam executadas diariamente, considerando o Manual de Normas;Garantir que as tarefas do Fiscal de Loja sejam executadas diariamente, considerando o Manual de Normas;Acompanhar junto ao Gerente de Loja, a produtividade dos funcionários em relação às metas estabelecidas;Orientar, incentivar, corrigir e treinar os funcionários para o alcance das metas juntamente com o Gerente de Loja;Delegar tarefas para cada Operador de Loja;Corrigir os desvios em relação a execução das tarefas;Auxiliar os Operadores de Loja no fechamento das vendas, quando se fizer necessário;Administrar o layout da loja garantindo o destino dos produtos em seus devidos setores e equipamentos, conforme definições prévias da Administração;Executar juntamente com o Visual Merchandising as tarefas de exibição de produtos e organização do PDV;Acompanhar a execução das tarefas de organização dos produtos em seus devidos setores;Requisitos e qualificações Formação superior completa, ou em andamento ou 2 grau completo, mas com planos para ingressar em curto prazo no curso superior;- Pelo menos 1 ano de experiência em cargo de liderança, atendendo ou superando metas de maneira consistente;- Comprometimento com a educação continuada por meio de workshops, seminários e conferências;- Boa comunicação, para apresentar soluções e encantar de forma eficaz todos os clientes e a equipe da loja;- Desenvoltura para conduzir com eficácia o processo de vendas do planejamento até o fechamento;- Experiência no setor;- Significativo senso comercial;- Habilidade para gestão de pessoas;Informações adicionaisHorário ComercialVale TransportePlano de SaúdePlano OdontológicoConvênio com Farmácia
