Direcionar o time para o cumprimento das estratégias, metas e objetivos comerciais da região; 🍪

Fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes e distribuidores, conduzindo negociações, renovações de contratos e oportunidades de crescimento; 🍪

Planejar e direcionar ações comerciais de acordo com os calendários promocionais e necessidades do mercado; 🍪

Atuar de forma próxima aos distribuidores, garantindo excelência na gestão do canal indireto e evolução dos resultados; 🍪

Acompanhar a operação e atuar na resolução de quebras, rupturas e interrupções de abastecimento, buscando soluções rápidas e sustentáveis; 🍪

Contribuir para a expansão dos negócios, fortalecendo a presença da marca e a performance comercial da regional.

Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos e qualificações: Buscamos um profissional com visão comercial, perfil de liderança e experiência no desenvolvimento do canal indireto.🍪 Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em Administração ou áreas correlatas;🍪 Pós-graduação em áreas relacionadas será considerada um diferencial;🍪 Conhecimentos em Gestão de Negócios e Legislação Tributária;🍪 Experiência na área Comercial e em gestão de pessoas;🍪 Experiência comprovada no canal indireto, com atuação no atendimento, relacionamento e gestão de distribuidores;🍪 Perfil estratégico, capacidade de negociação e foco em resultados e desenvolvimento de negócios; 🍪

Residir em Curitiba.
