Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesDesenvolver representantes comerciais e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes.Prospectar novos negócios e ampliar a presença da empresa na região.Acompanhar vendedores em visitas a campo, garantindo a qualidade do atendimento.Definir, acompanhar e analisar indicadores, metas e resultados comerciais.Planejar rotas, rotinas de trabalho e o potencial de mercado da região.Realizar reuniões de alinhamento, feedback e treinamento com a equipe de vendas.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesObrigatóriosEnsino superior completo ou curso técnico.Experiência de 3 a 5 anos em supervisão comercial no segmento Food Service B2B.Experiência com gestão de indicadores comerciais (KPIs).Conhecimento em Power BI.Conhecimento intermediário em Pacote Office.Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e IA.CNH categoria B.DiferenciaisConhecimento em inglês e/ou espanhol.
