Em nosso time você encontrará um bom clima organizacional, com ambiente amistoso, profissionais responsáveis, comprometidos e focados em resultados.Se identificou com estas características? #VempraBrasilTerrenos! 💚🤍Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar a equipe de corretores, realizando acompanhamento das metas mensais e identificando negociações que precisam de intervenção para maior celeridade no processo de conclusão da venda;Realizar análise de mercado da região, acompanhando e observando as práticas dos concorrentes para propor melhores estratégias de vendas e de atuação da equipe;Identificar as necessidades de conhecimento, técnicas e informações que a equipe de Corretores necessita para elaboração e organização dos treinamentos necessários, realizando as principais identificações através das demandas de seu gestor e percepções da equipe e clientes;Descrever os projetos de treinamentos baseando-se na realidade da empresa, fazendo benchmarking e cliente oculto com outras empresas concorrentes e do segmento para posterior estruturação e definição da metodologia a ser utilizada (teoria, prática, materiais necessários);Realizar o protocolo e atas das reuniões junto a equipe de corretores e recolher assinaturas nos termos de anuência;Monitorar através do sistema de segurança a abertura e fechamento dos stands;Estruturar o material a ser ministrado, utilizando vídeos, imagens e outras ferramentas para tornar o treinamento o mais didático possível, registrando o treinamento em formulário adequado para comprovação de presença e conteúdo ministrado;Realizar as atividades administrativas de sua área de atuação, realizando emissão e conferência de documentos e contratos, conferir relatórios de comissão, cancelamentos/rescisões de contrato, recolher notas fiscais para pagamento, acompanhar lançamentos de loteamentos, instalação e manutenção de materiais publicitários, dentre outros;Preparar requisições de materiais de consumo e requisições de manutenção visando atender as necessidades da área, bem como orçar mídias locais para divulgações diversas;Atender solicitações relacionadas aos processos de recrutamento e seleção de candidatos de sua área de atuação, conduzindo entrevistas a fim de recrutar profissionais mais adequados às necessidades da empresa;Enviar periodicamente relatório de produtividade para o gestor imediato constando informações das atividades desenvolvidas, e também elaborar relatórios para reuniões de apresentação de resultados para a alta direção.Requisitos e qualificaçõesNecessário Ensino Superior Completo em Gestão Comercial, Administração de Empresas ou áreas afins;Desejável cursos na área de Gestão de Pessoas e de Desenvolvimento de Potencial Humano.Pacote Office.Informações adicionaisRegime de contratação: Pessoa Jurídica (PJ)Trabalho em horário comercial.
