Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar os processos de análise de crédito de clientes, assegurando conformidade com as políticas internas e mitigação de riscos nas vendas;Analisar e validar pedidos comerciais, garantindo precisão das informações, prazos e condições negociadas;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho da área, acompanhando resultados e elaborando relatórios gerenciais para suporte à tomada de decisão;Liderar a equipe de vendas, organizando rotinas, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando a performance individual e coletiva;Atuar no desenvolvimento do time por meio de orientações, feedbacks contínuos e direcionamento para melhoria de resultados;Identificar oportunidades de otimização e propor melhorias nos processos internos da área comercial;Acompanhar o pós-venda, assegurando a satisfação do cliente e apoiando na resolução de demandas e tratativas comerciais;Garantir a qualidade do atendimento prestado, alinhada aos padrões e valores da empresa.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Gestão Comercial, Processos Gerenciais ou áreas correlatas;Conhecimento intermediário no Pacote Office, com foco em Excel para análise de dados;Experiência ou conhecimento no segmento de materiais elétricos será considerado um diferencial;Desejável conhecimento ou formação em Power BI para análise e visualização de indicadores;Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de indicadores de desempenho (KPIs);Desejável capacitação nas áreas de liderança e técnicas de vendas;Habilidade de comunicação, negociação e bom relacionamento interpessoal;Experiência anterior em liderança de equipes de vendas, com foco no acompanhamento de metas, análise de resultados e implementação de estratégias comerciais para alavancar performance.Informações adicionaisSalário compatível com o mercado;Plano de saúde Hapvida (50% empresa sem coparticipação);Plano odontológico Odontosystem (100% empresa);Vale Alimentação R$ 23,00 por dia (Cartão Caju);Seguro de vida;Gympass;Parceria com instituições de ensino, dentre outros.
