Aqui, cada Unilover é responsável por sua carreira e a leva para onde quiser. 💙 Deu match com o nosso jeito de ser? #VemPraUnidas#LI-CS1#LI-ONSITEResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesPlanejar e supervisionar as atividades de desmobilização em contratos encerrados ou redimensionados, garantindo execução dentro do cronograma;Coordenar a retirada de veículos, máquinas e equipamentos nos clientes, assegurando logística eficiente e transporte adequado;Supervisionar ou realizar vistorias, checklists e registros fotográficos dos ativos desmobilizados;Garantir a integridade física dos ativos durante o transporte e no retorno à base ou nova alocação;Apoiar as áreas Comercial e de Contratos no processo de encerramento operacional dos contratos de locação;Supervisionar equipes próprias e terceiros envolvidos na retirada e transporte dos ativos;Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, legislação de trânsito e boas práticas ambientais;Garantir a rastreabilidade documental de todo o processo de desmobilização, incluindo laudos, relatórios e registros em sistema;Manter relacionamento com clientes, fornecedores de transporte, oficinas e demais parceiros envolvidos;Participar de reuniões de encerramento de contrato, contribuindo com análises, lições aprendidas e sugestões de melhoria contínua.Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Acadêmica:Superior completo em Logística, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.Experiência:Vivência com gestão de frotas, logística de veículos, locação de frotas ou operações de campo;Experiência com processos de mobilização/desmobilização de contratos.Conhecimentos Técnicos:Logística de transporte e controle de frotas;Vistorias, checklists e documentação veicular;Conhecimento de manutenção preventiva e corretiva;Ferramentas de controle e sistemas (Excel, ERPs como TOTVS, sistemas de rastreamento);Competências Comportamentais Desejadas:Liderança e gestão de equipes;Organização e planejamento;Foco em resultados;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Capacidade de resolução de problemas;Atenção a detalhes e comprometimento com qualidade.Informações adicionaisConvênio Médico;Convênio Odontológico;Seguro de Vida;Vale Transporte;Vale Refeição e/ou Alimentação;Cartão Farmácia;WellHub;Clube de Vantagens;Cartão flex;Programa de Lucros e Resultados.
