Supervisão Operacional• Liderar equipe de eletricistas e terceiros; • Distribuir atividades e acompanhar produtividade da equipe; • Garantir execução conforme cronograma; • Validar qualidade dos serviços executados; • Garantir cumprimento de procedimentos de segurança. • Acompanhar montagem elétrica dos rides; • Executar e supervisionar ligações elétricas de painéis, sensores, motores, inversores e dispositivos de campo; • Participar de testes estáticos e dinâmicos; • Apoiar start-up, SAT, T&C e handover operacional; • Apoiar fabricantes durante comissionamento. • Realizar análise de falhas elétricas e de automação; • Diagnosticar problemas em motores, inversores, sensores, PLCs e sistemas de segurança; • Apoiar recuperação operacional dos equipamentos; • Atuar em falhas críticas com resposta rápida. • Interpretar diagramas elétricos e funcionais; • Apoiar diagnósticos em PLC, HMI, redes industriais e intertravamentos; • Verificar funcionamento de sensores, segurança elétrica e lógica operacional; • Interface técnica com integradores e fabricantes. Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação técnica em Elétrica, Eletrotécnica, Automação ou áreas correlatas; • Experiência sólida em manutenção industrial/automação; • Conhecimento em motores, inversores, sensores, painéis e comandos elétricos; • Experiência com PLC e troubleshooting industrial; • Inglês técnico/fluente para interface com fabricantes internacionais; • Experiência com equipamentos complexos, rides ou automação industrial (diferencial).DiferenciaisExperiência anterior em parques temáticos ou entretenimento;Vivência em projetos EPC, implantação industrial ou grandes instalações eletromecânicas;Experiência com FAT, SAT e startup de equipamentos;Conhecimento em automação industrial e sistemas de controle;Experiência com fabricantes internacionais de rides.Informações adicionais🍫 Aqui na Cacau, nos preocupamos com a saúde e o bem-estar da nossa turma, por isso, esperamos que você tenha tudo o que precisa para ter uma experiência incrível junto com a gente.Seguro de Vida;Auxilio funeral;Restaurante local;Vale alimentação ou cesta básica;Descontos nos produtos Cacau Show;Cursos, treinamentos e outras ações de desenvolvimento através da nossa Universidade Corporativa;Kit Natal e Kit Páscoa;Vale Transporte, Fretado (Sorocaba)ou Estacionamento;PLR/Bônus anual atrelado a metas individuais e corporativas.
